Many apartments are rented out for daily, weekly, monthly and yearly transit... but unfortunately the rooms that are rented out are not well maintained, you always get rooms that have lots of defects, the water doesn't work, the room lights are off, the rooms that have been rented by other people are not cleaned. First, before using it as a new tenant... don't hesitate to ask to move rooms if you feel that the room you are renting is not suitable because it is dirty or other things...IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CHECK THE ROOM THAT WILL BE RENTED FIRST BEFORE THE PRICE DEAL....I think it's safe to access it, use a card every time you take the elevator...There is also a public swimming pool that can be used by residents and renters, there are only 1 conditions, wear a swimsuit if you want to swim here, if you wear a regular t-shirt you will be reprimanded by the security guard on duty... in the swimming pool area there are also many food courts that are open...

It's exciting to be able to rent an apartment here. The facilities are adequate, such as motorbike and car parking, only if it's a long weekend, parking the car can be difficult. The environment is clean because it is cleaned every day. There are several food stands too, so you don't need to be confused about what to eat if you're staying at the gateway. The only regret is that not all of the operational lifts are on, like in the Emerald A building, only 1 of the 3 lifts is operational, so if you're in a hurry it's better to look for another lift. Then the emerald A lift just picks up very quickly, it looks like the engineering side has to fix it. Overall it's okay, the location of the Cicadas gateway is also close to the culinary center on Jl. Riau, Cicadas market, hospital, Cicaheum terminal and Kiara Leaning station

The lifts are turned off, all those in the active Saphire Tower CMN 1 are very queuing. If it's busy, you can wait for the lift for 15 minutes and it's very crowded. I have complained to management but there has been no response. Until now, the lift is still out for more than 1 year. Not recommended at all..
