I have stayed at this hotel 4 times, the first time it was safe to sleep and it wasn't noisy, the second time it was banged on by 2 inmates just because they said they had left the comb and it was very impolite to bang on it, the 3rd night it was noisy even though the same people were staying there yesterday, the 4th time even though it was already 12 o'clock. I want to take a break in the morning and I want to continue my journey, but I can't take a break. I'm sorry, the people talking, the people laughing, the people banging on the doors, I don't know who's staying or who works there, I don't know... what's the problem? There's no rule about not being noisy when it's time to restππ same the bathroom is very dirty....then what do you mean by the room being banged on in a very impolite way in the middle of the night if it's really the wrong room, how come you can just trash the rooms as you please...

I am an old customer from 5 years ago, now the changes are getting better, the rooms have been refurbished and the bathrooms have been refurbished and the snacks are more complete, the staff are cooperative with complaints and the price per room is still affordable

Be careful, guests or transit travelers who want to check into the Parakan Wangi Hotel. Because the hotel management & service is said to be very bad, what's more, the security at this hotel doesn't need to be asked about how bad it is. Moreover, the facilities, bathrooms and rooms are bad too. I once experienced the incident of losing my Jupiter MX 135 motorbike on March 9 2023 in the parking lot of the Parakan Wangi Hotel. Even though CCTV has been installed in the motorbike parking area. But the strange thing is that after looking at the CCTV documentation when the motorbike disappeared, there was no recording of the perpetrator of the robbery because it had been reset/deleted automatically & the hotel responded like they were really stupid. And after 2 months when I returned to the hotel, I had an appointment with a friend at the hotel. On May 7 2023, my motorbike, which I lost 2 months ago, was in the same parking lot. During the same incident the motorbike was lost. And do you know who stole it? It turned out that people from the area were boarding at the Parakan Wangi hotel. I have reported this case to the authorities. Really very bad management. It's possible that no one would have told me that the burglary was using my motorbike, even though the person in question was a resident of the area boarding at the Parakan Wangi Hotel, in fact they already knew each other and the hotel workers, especially the receptionist. At the beginning, the CCTV footage was not recorded, which also raised suspicions. There are hotels that support acts of theft. Be careful, guests think a thousand times about checking in at this hotel. Because this hotel is prone to criminal activity which turns out to be people at the Parakan Wangi Hotel

Dirty, just expensive. In other hotels at that price you can get good facilities. The blanket has crazy fur coming out. The towels look like they haven't been changed in 10 years, they're like rags. Smelly room
