Remember !!! This Guest House does not accept bookings via any application!!I saw a review from the Bip Three-ya account 2 years ago which complained about the price difference. At Oyo it was 89k and after arriving at the location it changed to 120k.I think after 2 years it has changed for the better. It turns out it's actually worse. Book a room via Oyo. It's been paid in full. Arriving at the location, it was not accepted for the reason that it did not accept sales through the application. Then why not just deactivate the application from last year. Remember !!! This Guest House does not accept bookings via any application!! Don't let you suffer the same fate as my family. How many people have become victims in the past 2 years?

Marketing strategy = put cheap prices online > consumers are tempted> book > consumers come > say you can't if you book online > give 3x the price if you want to stay. Nice, if guests are tired they can't think about the price, that's a good strategy. BTW, those who have already booked can't get a refund even if they don't stay overnight😂😂

Inside there are rooms without AC. Only the blower. But those who own it claim to have AC, there aren't any outdoor people.

I ordered via the application, it was described as including AC. When he arrived, he said the price did not include AC. If you want AC, you have to add 70 thousand. I accepted the additional fee because I needed a room after traveling all day. When we entered the room, it turned out that there was not a set of AC but only indoor without outdoor. When complained, asked to wait for a technician. When I say: it's only indoor without outdoor! The officer said, yes, just refund it. When I asked for a refund, what was returned was only an additional 70 thousand, the initial payment was not returned.The impression I got, from the start, was deliberately hiding information regarding rates and room facilities.

Ample parking for up to 10-20 cars. Apart from the bedroom, the bathroom is also scary. The walls of the room look like they have never been painted before. The curtains are dull, the working AC is noisy beyond the sound of the exhaust. When there are no visitors here it's like an old building, turning on the TV but it doesn't work either. Order on the Oyo application 110 thousand does not include pending fees of 100 thousand. Order directly price 150 thousand. Drinks are not provided. Smelly bathroom. Blankets, mattresses, curtains, towels are suitable for replacement. You will be charged if you order a room containing more than 2 people.
