The room was actually comfortable, but we were unlucky. Two nights there were cockroaches which made our sleep very disturbed and we didn't get much rest. Even though this was actually a gift for my mother to be able to enjoy a comfortable and beautiful atmosphere, unfortunately because of the small and large cockroaches we became anxious and couldn't sleep peacefully.The housekeeping service is good and ready to help even though the response takes a long time because it is only via WA, but because the WIFI network is very difficult, messages are received and replied to late. The location is actually quite good for resting and enjoying nature, you just need to improve the care for the plants and trees around, especially for the swimming pool. When we were there, it was quite dirty so we were reluctant to try swimming. Want to try flying fox but unfortunately this service is not available because it is rarely used and the facilities are not well maintained. Too bad. I could say that the natural conditions for the beautiful category are starting to decline because cleanliness is very lacking. The road area which in the photo or IG is nice and attractive green is no longer like that where there are dry yellow leaves falling, not maintained and the trampoline facilities which are good and expensive are worn out and very dirty. It's a great shame that the selling power is non-existent, only the aesthetic value of the rocks near the bridge has no other added value. Care please number one because natural care must be intense, continuous and detailed. Food quality is good and delicious. But unfortunately, when you eat, you become anxious quickly because you put it in the room, you're worried about inviting cockroaches to eat outside, you're worried about cockroaches and the cats waiting to be fed.

Suitable for family holidays (on a mountain slope), the location is easy to reach, only about 30 minutes from the Soreang toll exit

The parking lot is very spacious, the workers are polite and friendly, the typical Indonesian food is very good, the garden is well maintained, the lake is well maintained, the cleanliness of the house is very good.
