One word describes this inn, "WORST". Why? We came all the way from Palembang to Ciwidey with the intention of healing and having a pleasant holiday experience, but when we arrived at Arion 45 Inn and wanted to check in, the receptionist said "The order in my name has been canceled since yesterday". WOY KAMPANG NIAN, your hotel has absolutely no confirmation and contacted me directly via WA/SMS/Telephone. I've DM IG and chat WA on your official account but there was no response at all, so I thought it was safe, just check in. In fact what??? far away, tired of coming, but even experiencing unilateral cancellation. THE WORST SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER TRAVELED!!! How can your business run smoothly if customers are not served well? At least you can think about it, if you cancel, you have to confirm with the customer directly to make sure again. Those who want to stay here try to think 100 times instead of feeling the same thing. Do you think our house is near Ciwidey? Are you really a dog?
