Check in July 1 check out July 4. Got 17th floor, tower A, room 06. Booked the 2BR, full payment not up to 6rb, 4hr 3mln via Agoda Kingpro a month beforehand. The room view is like in our photo. Location okay. Close to Kircon station, Kiara Artha Park, opposite there is also MIM. The WA admin is ok, full response. Asking various things is always answered. When I asked how to turn on the TV and fix the remote, they sent someone to the room.Complete room contents. Unfortunately the amenities are not available. Cleanliness is also poor. The cleaning team didn't clean thoroughly. Dirty AC balcony. Undergarments are not swept, leaving a lot of rubbish and dust. We came across a messy slide-out mattress without sheets so we put it up ourselves. The blanket in the child's room is bad. The main bedroom is okay but the wallpaper has patches. The windows don't have handles at all so it's an effort to close them. None of the bedroom & bathroom doors can be locked.Lots of electricity tokens. The contents of the kitchen can be used to prepare food or make instant noodles for breakfast. There's no cupir soap. The refrigerator was on (we left our drinking bottles inside🤦🏻‍♀️). The WiFi TV is all on. The dispenser is on. Cold AC. The water heater is on. Shampoo toothpaste soap is not available so you have to bring your own.The hallway on the 17th floor is dimly lit but it's not a problem for us. Pool is decent. The kids swim every day. That's a bit dirty. The water is cold. Plenty of parking. There's a basement too. During our stay we took a car everywhere so we didn't really understand the review of the parking system and what the security was like. It looks okay. Lots of security guards. There are lots of canteens in the shop downstairs. Lots of self-service. Lots of laundry. The mosque's prayer room is after the entrance gate. Basically everything is ok, just according to the price.

The price for parking is too expensive, it's not relevant to the security guard who asked if he didn't use etiquette until he zoomed in on his ID card and looked at his face to see if the room was clean enough.

The room is okay for just resting. the sales are really bad

I stayed there for 2 days. I couldn't pay 80 thousand for parking the first day I left. Then when I wanted to go home I paid 60 thousand for parking. They said the payment had to be weekly or monthly. So if you stay there you have to think twice about the parking fee.
