the service was not good enough, it was not on time for a long time, the room was not provided with glasses or bottled mineral water, the food was delivered late. Hopefully it can be improved in the future 🫰

Room looked and smelled unclean. Seemed like bedsheets hadn't been washed in a while / couple visits by others. I got the feeling the owner had left running the place in the hands of disorganised or uncaring staff. We had to leave as my partner couldn't shake the itchy feeling from bed. Wouldn't recommend for most

We were really excited to stay at this little charming place but our experience was below good.While we were greeted friendly and got the option of a coffee or tea as a welcome drink, our room was a big let-down. We noticed the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied in a while and the bedsheets were dirty and stank awefully.We tried to get past our preciousness (we're seasoned backpacking travellers and have had our fair share of budget accommodation) but 3 hours into our night we packed up and left as my skin got overly itchy and we couldn't handle the stench of our bed anymore. In addition, the peaceful neighbourhood is true, however, the bar attached to the accommodation had people drinking and talking loudly until the time we left at 1am.While we're always keen on trying out small homestays, and happily adjust to various styles (e.g., this one doesn't have a mirror or a sink in the bathroom and the water was cold and not hot as advertised), dirty gross smelling bedsheets that hadn't been cleaned in a while is not what we accept.If the owner improved on the cleanliness, this place would get 4 stars from us for the price category that it is in.We can't comment on the offered breakfast (Nasi Goreng and Mi Goreng) as we didn't return. On the plus side, the business partner of this homestay spoke English very well and was very helpful in offering advice on sights to see.

We didn’t see the owner, we were greeted by a group of (drunk?!) teenagers upon check-in, the room had not been cleaned after the previous guests: there was someone else’s garbage, the bed linen smelled bad, there were stains of old dirt everywhere, the carpet on the floor was in the ground, a disgusting dirty toilet and a stale towel .The price of our stay included breakfast, but we didn’t get it, because in the morning one of the teenagers was sleeping right on the floor in the cafe, we had no desire to wake him up and send him to cook food for us, so we left the key and left.
