I just experienced a few days ago that I ordered via Traveloka but the payment method was pay at checkin. Luckily there was time to check the location because it happened to be close and it turned out that there they were asked to add more than 100 percent of the room price. They say not collaborating with anyone is funny. Finally, I canceled my order....together there were 4 guests that day who were being asked for additional money, aka extortion. After reading reviews from several customers, it seems this is their method. Ask for extra but the service and facilities are not suitable, the boarding house is still good. The receptionist room is like a cage. Please cooperate with the parties or the authorities to investigate this thoroughly so that it doesn't harm customers. Thank You.

The quality of the hotel is very bad, the rooms feel like a morgue, the smell is never cleanedOrdered via the app and paid after arriving at the place, asked for 50 thousand for the reason that money blah blah blah said the price did not match the price in the appAfter giving the money, a man entered without knocking and had no sense of politeness as he entered the room on the grounds that he had left the key on the outside door. This behavior is very bad, has no sense of courtesy and cannot protect guest privacyVERY BAD HOTEL….!!!!!!!!!
