Refused to check in because it was FULL BOOKED, EVEN THOUGH I HOLD THE VOUCHER FROM AGD when I arrived it looked like there was no life. The gate was closed, as if on purpose so that no guests would enter. Yes, my name is mine too, just come in.Ask the reason until it's clear, there really isn't a solution, FYI it turns out that previously there were staff who resigned because the owner wasn't pro. Yes, that's fine! Don't take it too long and just pull it out, I'm too lazy to deal with it.

When we arrived we were refused check in, booked via Agoda, there was no confirmation at all and no solution at all, the receptionist could only argue that he had just worked there, the previous one had left... we were left like that, it was really embarrassing ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

My friend's booking got cancelled by the hotel even though she already booked the place since January. The hotel said they cancelled it in favor of some police/brimob VIP guest. This is really unacceptable for a hospitality service.

the place is comfortable, beautiful, nice... the mattress is really soft and not random.
