The room has a nice soft bed, comfortable sleep, cool air conditioner, normal strong water.But the service of the service staff is very bad. Banquet hall, just asking for glasses, plates, additional chairs is difficult. The staff said they had already prepared it. Ordering food still tells the kitchen a lot about it. When I look at it I think it's only the employees who are the problem. If we don't hurry and improve our employees, it will be difficult.

When we reached the accommodation, the dam released water flowing. The water is flowing quickly. But smelled a very bad smell of rotten egg gas. From the hotel's treatment pond or what?

The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and large, the beds are soft.Good atmosphere, the staff at the check-in counter provide good service, speak well, and the male staff at the parking lot. Helped with the luggage. Impressed. The staff who prepared the room spoke because of the good service. I would like to criticize only a little. The staff served dinner. Not very attentive to customers I had to tell and repeat it 2 times to get it, even though at that time there were 3 tables of customers eating and there was no water available. I had to go get water in the room to drink myself to cut off the annoyance. (The employee is a bit short.) Asked if I would go again. I did. Everything was fine.

I don't know if the owner knows. that customers are being charged even for bags And the employees couldn't answer questions and communicate at all. Asked for 2 wet towel bags for 5 baht. The towels had stains like wiping eyebrows. Charge a fine of 200 per piece. Considered very dirty If it was a little stained, they said it was 100 baht per piece, total of 8 pieces. They refused to pay because it wasn't that much stained. We're not drenching your clothes in mud. We would like to speak with the manager or owner first. Bring a middleman to decide. It's not a fight between customers and employees. In conclusion, the employees agreed that they did not have to pay. All food is prohibited from being imported, must be ordered at accommodation only. To cook grilled food, the stove rental charge is 400 baht, a bag of charcoal is 50 baht. It's definitely unique. Book a boat trip and charge 1200 baht. It turned out that there was no water. The water came in the late morning. The accommodation asked to check out earlier, so they agreed. But can I borrow a towel? Because the gas didn't come on time, which is a force majeure event. It's not the fault of the customer or the accommodation, right? It's a shame. In conclusion, I'm not impressed at all.

The service is not good at all (every aspect) except the front. I feel sorry for the employees, but the owner needs to take care of them more. Using the word bad is a lot of waste.

The room is good, the atmosphere is good, but I would like to recommend activities. Anyone who wants to play ATV (what they think) goes in nature, there are streams of water to go through, for a certain distance (what you get), the set field is short in time, have reserved 5 cars, the officer won't say if there are enough cars or if the cars can be used or not. When we got there, there were only 3-4 cars and the cars looked like they weren't ready for use. They would shut down or the wheels would fall off (not worth it). But if you want pictures, that's fine. 📍Who wants to play with rubber boats? (The idea is to have strong water that you can wade through.) The reality is, just take a boat trip and admire the atmosphere on the side of the road. There isn't much.

The weather is hot, so you have to go play in the water to cool off. Next to Phetchaburi Riverside The water source is not very deep. The water is quite rapid. If you have a group of friends go floating and have fun cooling off. No need to sit on a rubber raft. Rental fee is 1200 baht per trip. Can seat 7-8 people. If you know how to swim, no need to use a rubber raft. Floating and playing in the river is more fun. The river is not very wide. If you don't know how to swim, play in the shallow water on the shore. They will make a barrier for the children to play. There are water park rides and slides, but on the day we went, they didn't turn on the water for playing on the slides. The food is delicious and a little expensive. At Kaeng Krachan, there are many fun places to play in the water. If not staying at the resort You can come play in the water. The life jacket fee is 50 baht per person. This place focuses on selling food. Do not bring food from outside to eat. You can eat and play in the water.

Delicious food, good atmosphere, nice rooms The player is ok. Saturday is quite crowded. The room came in a little late, but the kids provided full service. They worked hard and the hours were worth watching. I would like to praise the kids at the resort🫰🫰🫰
