It’s a nice, clean hotel, if you go to the beach, when you leave the hotel, go left, it’s faster. The beach is good and clean.

We were only here for a short time.The pictures of the hotel were well taken, but don't show everything.The hotel is difficult to find as the billboard is overgrown.There is also no proper reception. This is in the bar.The employees try to help, but their English skills are not very good. But it's still enough.Per:Food is freshly prepared. There are also drinks. Decent prices.Cons:What bothered me most was that the bathroom had no ventilation. For this reason, a window is tilted and cannot be closed. The bathroom door has slats. So that hot air, insects and traffic noise can penetrate unhindered.There are cheap plastic soap dispensers hanging in the shower. The first night I accidentally touched one while showering and it broke. Which it probably already was. In the other room of my fellow traveler, the same soap dispenser had several cracks. I was later allowed to pay 500 bath for it and I suspect this was intentional.On the first evening, and this is the biggest no-go for me, I had to remove several beetles/insects. It's not nice when you have to be afraid that some insect will crawl into you somewhere at night when you're sleeping...On the third day the room was apparently cleaned. Water would be replenished. Bed made. Unfortunately, because I had a nosebleed the evening before, something spilled onto the pillow. The cover was not changed, the pillow was simply turned over.On the last morning I noticed that there was no toilet paper left. A reserve role should always be there.The fridge froze the water bottles. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything to regulate it. You just have to wait...The whole hotel smells of chlorine because the entrances to the house from the pool are open.The pictures from the balcony were apparently deliberately taken very low. From our balcony we only saw air conditioners on roofs.The bed is too hard. You can't lie on your side.The billiard table no longer exists.About the location:If you're good on foot, no problem. There are a few restaurants not far away. It takes a while to get down to the beach and back up again. Alternatively, you can rent a scooter, but we didn't do that.Conclusion:If you don't have high expectations it's quite acceptable. But I wouldn't pay more than 600 bath for one night. Rather less. Due to the open window in the bathroom and the resulting insects and traffic noise, I can't recommend it. There may be other rooms where the problem does not exist.

Fantastic location, close to the beach and a great pool to cool off in. Bar is good and food here is delicious 👍

WOW! Such amazing staff always willing to help us with any questions. The best part is the food is how delicious it is and you have the option of Thai food and European food also great coffee which I find hard to find. Around a 10 minute walk to the beach from the hotel with many things along the way. Patong is only 15 minute drive away from karon and very famous for party.

Hotel is okUnfortunately, the pictures are much better than the condition of the rooms.Very simple, old and the wallpaper is very dirty. The location is good if you have a scooter. It just feels like you're living on a highway, but you can't hear it in the bungalows

Awesome stay at this hotel I had a great time, the food was big portions, good price and tasted great I ate here most of the time. There was a gym next-door 2 buildings down which was great I used that every morning. I rented a motorbike from the hotel driving all over Phuket visiting an elephant sanctuary, different beaches, local restaurants and amazing viewpoints around the island a lot of my trips were recommended from the hotel staff and they were amazing experiences, if you stay at this hotel don’t be afraid to ask the staff for advise on trips or recommendations on places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and if I’m visiting the area again this will be my choice of hotel.
