Great place to stay for a family or a group of friends. They have a great restaurant on the spot. A bit on the pricier side for Pangandaran but definitely the best western food in the area. A lot of healthy options and fresh ingredients. We will be back for sure.

A short walk to the beach or village (which we did not find annoying and through a nice neighborhood). Taxis don't always come "that far" to pick you up.Bathroom was not super clean. Furthermore, a nice house and nice swimming pool. English was sometimes difficult, but the staff was friendly and helpful.Water tank with cold and hot drinking water in the cottage.

We were given a villa with only 2 air conditioners. Was insufficient for the rooms. We literally could not use 2 rooms because of the heat. First night we slept with 6 people in 1 room. Second and third night we were given a bed on the ground floor near the TV so that we could use the air conditioning and sleep evenly.

Staying at De Residence Pangandaran for nearly a week was a real pleasure and one of kind experience.The house I was staying in was cozy, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Amenities such as pool and private cafe are making this place a perfect retreat. Its excellent location, just a few minutes' drive from the beach, made it convenient to enjoy morning swims, culinary trips to local restaurants and evening walks at the beach, watching sunsets.What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service and care provided by the owners, Marek and Santi, as well as their kind staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed - especially when I fell sick. They kept checking on me, ensuring I have medicine and fresh food. Incredible hospitality!I highly recommend De Residence Pangandaran for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation in Pangandaran.Terima kasih banyak atas semuanya!

Actually, this villa is really comfortable, the environment is also comfortable, the main bedroom is also big, but unfortunately there is only 1 bathroom on the ground floor, there are no mirrors in the bedroom at all, the mirror is only in the bathroom, in the bedroom. The bathroom doesn't have a towel rack or a hook to hang towels, there isn't a single trash can on the top floor, and it's a coincidence that the unit I rented has 3 rooms, and only 1 room has AC, the other 2 rooms only have fans. ..Well, this is also a lesson when booking a villa at this de residence...Maybe at first glance they look the same, but actually there are differences in some of the units and they have explained them in detail in the hotel booking application, in the description or through photos, so we have to be more careful in reading all the villa unit descriptions before booking.such as information on whether all rooms use AC or also use fans... etc..

+The place is quiet, comfortable for resting.- But when you need to park 2 cars, there isn't enough space to park in front of the house and you have to be ready to move when the occupants of the other rooms want to get out of the car. Uncomfortable.

There are 3 rooms. Capacity for 5-6 people but there is only one bathroom downstairs. You've got to be kidding me. And next to the grave. The equipment and cooking utensils are also very minimal.

It was nice to know that ViLLa De Residence was built in my hometown village & I could stay a few nights there at ViLLa Mabano 2👌. ToiLets info ViLLa no. 3. Need a little touch on the toilet spray & shower wall area, it looks like there is a leak from the pipe inside, so the water comes out through the bathroom wall. & what's more, it's really that good, you know, the villa area is clean, quiet & neat, the rooms & also the service... 👏🥳 . #SaLamBwtNenkNike 👋🤭
