The room was dirty and located near the roadside, making it noisy with the smell of car exhaust seeping in. Because of this, I couldn’t sleep. The toilet door was broken, the carpet was smelly and dirty, and the bed had bedbugs as I was itchy the entire night. The mattress was stained, and the blanket and bedsheets appeared to be reused. We asked for toilet paper, but the staff never provided any, and the towels we received were stained and didn’t absorb water properly. The room lacked maintenance and felt unsafe the whole time we were there. It was a terrible experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Please consider other accommodations.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, but most of the rooms are carpeted so they are a bit dusty. I was initially in the lower room, finally moved upstairs.Moving upstairs, it turns out the door has glass and the glass is clear, so privacy is not maintained.The location is on the side of the road so it's quite noisy at night, the mattress is soft but it seems like it hasn't been cleaned enough and there are small insects so afterwards my wife and I were itchy.Both the lower and upper bedroom doors were all damaged, fortunately they could still be locked. There is no ventilation in the room and in the toilet, if there is any, it is small, and the toilet tends to smell a bit but when you take a shower the smell disappears.The suggestion is to just remove the carpet in the room so it doesn't get dusty, especially since the floor is made of wood. Then please dry the mattress properly and clean it regularly so that there are no lice or small insects. Then check the doors again, especially if the damaged ones are replaced, and if the glass is still transparent, please replace it with dark or patterned glass. The drains need to be maintained further so they don't smell bad.Overall, it is recommended to go here as long as the suggestions above are implemented, especially the mattress so that it can be even cleaner

Booked because it was close to Ranca Upas. We booked a junior suite via Traveloka, but the room we got smelled musty and had black mold. Lucky to be able to exchange rooms. Our room was changed to a suite room. The suite type is more spacious and clean, unfortunately there are problems with hot water for showering.

Because it's on the side of the road, it's really noisy, so it's not a good place to rest, it's not worth it at that price because it's really located next to the road, there's not enough view, I don't want it anymore. It's better for those who are gloomy but can sleep at night, please use circulation in each room, and vacuum the dust when guests come

The strategic location is on the side of the main road. The minus is that at night it's a bit noisy with motorbikes. There is a BRI ATM in front, across from Alfamart so access to shopping & getting money is close. Relatively affordable prices + breakfast. Better reservation via WhatsApp.

The room is spacious, clean, the view in front of the room is nice of the mountains, for that price it's okay, unfortunately the room 207 kmrn doesn't have a sofa and chairs, maybe the facilities can be added more, adding a night light for the children's play area would be better, if you want to sleep, turn off the light, it's really dark, but if it's turned on too brightly it can't slow down

Nice place, great facilities, only one towel was given which smelled like urine, peed on until I complainedI want to vomit when I smell the towel, it smells really bad of urine from the rag, please pay attention after using it, please wash it clean and really clean, that's all the minuses
