DO NOT STAY HERE! The sheets had holes in them, tons of bugs in the room and the room itself was VERY dirty. My husband and I decided to lay our camping pads on top of the bed and were thankful that we only had to stay here a couple of hours before leaving for Mt.Bromo.Also, do not book on Expedia. We arrived and they had no recollection of our booking and we had to pay all over again.Side note: we would have gone to stay elsewhere but everywhere else was already booked so we toughed it out for the evening…

The manager/owner Bowo is a very nice person. His service and communication was great. I don’t want this review to be too brutal because I enjoyed him and his kind staff so much. Bowo can organize a tour and pickup for Mount Bromo if interested.However, it should be noted to people considering here there were BEDBUGS in the first room I was shown. There are reviews from 9 months ago that say the same thing. I thought this was resolved and perhaps it was but I saw a large amount covering one bed. The second room I was moved to after showing this issue had no bedbugs but there was an ant infestation in the room.I was so tired and it was late that I just made due with the situation. However, I left early the next day because the rooms were too unclean. I didn’t ask for a refund and I hope this money can go towards improving cleanliness standards. Besides the bedbugs the rooms were very dirty.Normally bed bugs would warrant 1 star but because these are nice people I hope they can fix the problem. If the rooms are cleaned better this will be a 4-5 star place that is great value with great customer service.
