Great value for money! It seems like an old hotel. The room is comfortable to sleep, clean, and tidy. We got a room with mountain facing view, such a remarkable scenery. Located on the foothill surrounded with paddy field directly facing dense forest. There are chairs and pool directly facing the scenery, giving you a relaxing experience.Pro:- old hotel, but still well maintained- great view and scenery, very relaxing- nice staffCon:- quite far from nearest village center, convenience store, and restaurant

The by far worst hotel we have stayed in Indonesia. We had a junior suite which was in a horrendous condition. The spring mattress was really old and hard as a rock. The room was dirty and everything was extremely outdated. The bathroom was directly connected to the sleeping area and had no door in between. The bathroom is kind of open at the top and there are plants growing into the room. Everything was kind of moldy and dirty. The shower head was very calcified - probably 10 out of 50 holes let any water through.Overall a really bad room. The restaurant is also very outdated and the table was extremely dirty as well as the cutlery and glasses. If you are a vegetarian be prepared to get rice and vegetables only. Any food allergies? Better stay with plain rice as the personal will not understand you well enough. Food itself is sub-par. There are also spider webs everywhere in the restaurant area if you look up.The toiletts at the pool area are hideous as well.Nice view but you can get this in other close-by hotels as well. Personal is friendly and tries the best but the facilities are so bad that you can't make up for that. We checked out a day earlier than planned after one night and stayed in the Teras Hotel Ijen (15 minutes drive only) which is light years better (smaller and more modern - different concept).

Really beautiful villas set in stunning hillside rice fields and jungle. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the villa accommodation is spacious and comfortable. I slept soundly with the sounds of the jungle in the background. Very tranquil. It was excellent value for money as well. I wish we’d stayed here longer!

Worst experience i've had in about 10 years of traveling. The Hotel is rated at 4* Stars but i would've regret booking it, even if it was only listed as 3*.Not to talk down the staff, they were really friendliy and the views are absolutely stunning too.But there is something really crooked about this Hotel. The Images provided online (especially the rooms) are so far from reality and do not look alike the actual place whatsoever. It feels so fraudulent in hindsight.(Sorry we didn't take and photos, i forgot to documentate unfortunately. Guess that would've been helpful to illustrate the point. The only positives are the really nice view and the surrounding area.Sorry to be so bold, but i don't want any other people to fall for fake advertising of bad hotels.

The road needs to be asphalted or at least paved. When you get there, you almost can't believe it when there is such a good hotel there? How come the road is so narrow? The view is cool.

The room is quite good, there is a balcony directly facing the rice fields which is very cool, but for the price I ordered 1.3 million with an extra bed, a room without AC, only a fan is enough, but in the afternoon it feels quite hot. The service is quite satisfactory. The TV often loses signal. For restaurant food, the variety of dishes is slightly less than 10, but the desserts are very delicious and complete. The pool is large enough to soak in and enjoy the view. The road leading to the hotel is small, 2 cars can barely pass if there is no more dirt road
