It's really bad, the floor is dirty, it says there is a shower but it turns out the hot water doesn't work, the service is 0, really bad, it's like people don't intend to make accommodation, it's better to look for another hotel than here

The room is priced at IDR 150 but the facilities are really bad, really disappointed with the service. I booked the one with hot water because it can't stand the cold, but the hot water doesn't work, I tried to tell the staff but the gentlemen just glared and said he said it was like that, he didn't say it straight away. it's hot, but before I say that, I've been waiting a long time but it's not hot... The room is also dirty, the floors seem to have never been cleaned, the bathroom floor is also dirty, smelly, it seems like it's never been cleaned, the suggestion is that it's better to look for another hotel, for example if you want to go to Telomoyo, instead of here..

The sheets smelled of sweat, the mattress was sinking, the lights were dim, and the door couldn't be locked from the outside. The advantages are that the rates are cheap and there is hot water, although not too hot.

The room smells of urine, the sheets haven't been replaced, the TV can't be turned on, there's no AC, the rate is 75k, don't stay overnight.I think it's expensive if you look at it from the room...even though it says economy class on the front.. 🤣
