I haven't felt it since 2018 using Azaya services.for good room service, dearIt's been 2 years since 2023 and 2024 and I've been disappointed by the CS guarding the officeonly for CSnot friendly, bad CS service is disappointing.

Actually just transit here, have lunch and go outbound with office friends,the concept is a resort hotel, because it is located at an altitude of 900-1000 meters, it is quite cold,weekend gateway hotel, pool available, close access to Bawen and Ambarawa

Maybe because it's an old building,Just put...Do some renovations...Repainting it will probably look fresh again, not look scary...Pay attention to the lights, because there are already a lot of lights that are not normal...breakfast menu,You can add variations, or add fried foods...Please clean the swimming pool again,Tables/chairs that are worn out in the garden, maybe they can be moved so they don't look neglected,Overall...OK...Friendly service,Spacious and cool place

The bathroom & toilet design is narrow and scary. The heater is off, so shower with cold water. Breakfast provided is not a buffet. (Maybe I'll take the cheap class... Gate 5)..๐

Maybe because it was neglected due to Covid, the room facilities and around the hotel are not well maintained and the atmosphere is a bit haunted because the hotel is very large but the facilities are complete, various areas for children to play at various gates, there is a swimming pool, there are several animals, there is a tennis court and an open hall.

Hotel with a resort concept. There are several blocks of rooms that can be occupied by large families.The place is quiet, comfortable and beautiful. Can be used for healing with family or for events. The facilities are quite appropriate.Get warm water and tea.TV has no problems.Only the bathroom light was off, so it looked like it hadn't been prepared.The application says there is a swimming pool. When I went there, the pool was not maintained. Dirty and mossy. Only a small pool for children can be used.What we like is the garden area. Can be used for morning walks or on the sports field. Cool and comfortable.After our walk, we had breakfast at the restaurant.Staying here includes breakfast too. You can choose fried rice or soto.Overall, this hotel is okay for healing with family or friends.
