The facilities are okay, the furniture in the room is also good and new, but unfortunately the location of the hotel is far away, and there are no motorbikes that can be rented. Suggestions and suggestions for business owners, if possible, motorbike rental services can be provided so that those of us who stay are comfortable even though the hotel is Remote access is easy.

ordered 4 rooms confirmed and checked in online but when we arrived there were only two rooms, because the owner said the room we had booked had already been given to someone else, it was already 11pm, tired after riding the waerebo, and the owner didn't provide car facilities to take us to the recommended hotel, then we booked 4 rooms but only occupied 3 rooms in total, there was no clear refund, I called Reddoorz CS but there was no answer until I called twice to different operators and waited 15 minutes twice, very, very tired and very disappointed

The location was far, which is fare and usually when ever I have stayed at places like this before I got tmsome great Hosts. Here it felt like a bunch of girls hanging around and chatting to glory. I had to share my room with mosquitoes, termite tunnels and few spider. There is no proper shower and has a hand thing which was also broken. Though I dont mind take bath with cold water but not early morning. The lady at reception did not took card, citing machine not working and wanted cash. Refused to help me with printing my tickets mentioning printer broken. It seems like a bunch of girls decided to do business and set this place up. One thing which they did right was on my departure, requested one of family members to help me get a scooter taxi.though I am sure this had added on to my memories as adventure and an experience and I would most probably never venture out this far ever.
