My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Seraya Resort recently. We were greeted by crystal clear water and the beautiful beach when we arrived and we knew we were in for a lovely getaway. We stayed for 4D3N.The Seraya is the place if you are looking for some peace and quiet while also having the option to do some fun water activities. They have a recreational centre where you can borrow snorkeling gear, kayak, standup paddleboards etc. The staff here are very friendly and are always there to help.We spent our days there just chilling by the beach, reading at the gazebos on the jetty, enjoying the sunrise and sunset at the top of the hill and of course, witnessing the colourful corals and fishes in the water around the resort. Other than that we also went kayaking to the neighbouring Hatamin Island (took about 20mins and was worth it).The stay came with complimentary breakfast which were rather simple but enough to fill us up til lunch. Breakfast usually includes sliced bread, granola, cereal, fresh fruits and one local dish each day. For our stay it was fried noodles, a tempe dish and sausages. You can also order eggs (your preferred style) or pancakes. For lunch and dinner, you can order ala carte at the restaurant. On some nights, there are specials for dinner too, do look out for the signboard that they place up front. The prices are a bit on the premium side but it is expected. We had most of our meals there and they were good. We especially liked Chicken Tum and Pepes Tahu.Overall we had a wonderful experience and we look forward to our next stay here.

A hidden gem on a beautiful paradise Island! What can I say about this beautiful place, the staff are so kind, welcoming, helpful and always with a smile! The food is delicious, the drinks are amazing! We had the beach front cottage which is absolutely stunning, a huge outside bathroom and a beautiful style bamboo inside and out makes for a cool, different and beautiful stay! The most amazing corals to snorkel till your hearts content! Swim for hours then relax in the private nets along the Jetty for an amazing sunset and drinks with your beloved. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here and definitely the best resort on this island!! Thank you to all the amazing staff you made our stay even better! Zane and Kelly

If you're looking a place to enjoy the oceanic nature, this is definitely the place! A week was simply not enough!! The idea of living here permanently came to mind after a night of staying in this amazing place! It's not for crazy vacation filled with parties and clubbing. This place is simply your getaway destination if you're looking for some peace and away from everyone!!

The hotel is wonderful, but now I'll explain why I gave it a low score.|I'll start by saying that the rooms are large and clean and the food in the restaurant is very good and it's not expensive. …

The rooms are very good, we stayed in a beach bungalow. On the other hand, the service is deplorable. We swam in the pool, we came out with yellow-green skin. By rubbing ourselves, the spots on the skin are gone but our swimsuits are definitely ruined. The management didn't want to know anything about compensating us.The breakfast where there are no eggs and fruit juice, given the room rate, is scandalous.I do not recommend this hotel. The Pirate Island Hotel across the street is much better.

Our 3-night experience was completely positive. The staff is helpful and always attentive to the specific needs of guests. The resort (considering the average facilities of the country) is of a high standard. Daily water refill, excellent food in their restaurant even for European palates.Get ready for days of snorkeling, kayaking, boat trips to wonderful islands and relaxation

For those of us who felt envious after watching White Lotus, here's a chance to sample some island luxury at a more affordable price point.||From the docks in Labuan Bajo you get picked up and sailed over to the Seraya island.  …
