I'm really sorry I have to give an honest review because I was a little disappointed with the service 🙏I already booked from the application, I just had to issue it on the spot but they were a bit forced to order and pay directly at the reception (which is a more expensive rate), the gentlemen who were on duty at night at that time insisted on asking me to just pay directly, but I still refused, then his attitude is rudeFinally I paid via online APK and it turns out they don't have a system to check whether there are incoming bookings or not (with the reason that all the money and reports from the APK go directly to the boss), I showed proof of confirmation but I was doubtful, after trying to convince them in the end I was taken to my room and the father (while bringing a towel) asked for room service money even though the room was not far from the reception, only 3 rooms different...Then the room I was in also couldn't be locked from the outside, they said if you want to go out, just open the window and lock it from the inside... there's only 1 TV channel.Even though the rooms are quite good, but because the service is disappointing, it's enough to stay there 😅

Not satisfied, there are problems1. When taken to the room the employee asked for 10k room service fee. I'm surprised why I'm asking to pay again when I've already paid, why am I asking for more. Even though every time I go to a hotel, if I want to check out I leave the tip money on the table/bed, I don't have to ask for it in advance for the reason of room service.2. The door and frame didn't fit properly so when the door was closed there were still gaps visible from the outside and inside, so I covered it with a towel.3. Position of the fan, the position of the fan close to the lamp makes vision blurry due to the shadow of the fan blades on the wall area, a wall fan is better than a hanging fan.4. Finding dinner is a bit difficult, there is a canteen but it is open from 07:00 - 21:00 WIB, if you are hungry at 11-12 pm it is a hassle to get confused. Had to bring food from outside / forced to go out to the wayang monument area which was closed until 3am.Maybe you should pay attention again. Especially No.2, it seems impolite. Even 5 star hotel services don't dare ask for something like that. Paying is also subject to tax, plus more. I don't stay in hotels 1-2x so I know about tips.

Sorry to say. The hotel was not neat, the sheets smelled a bit fishy, the bathroom water had a small flow, and it was a bit scary. But overall the service is good and friendly. Hopefully this can be evaluated and improved in the future

We stayed there because we had exams in Semarang. And I got the front room.The front room was very dirty, the bed sheets hadn't been changed for who knows how long, it was very dusty and I even cleaned it, H+1 after I got home, my cheeks immediately started to itch because I was sleeping on the bed sheet directly.Every time there are new guests, the bed sheets should be changed too, we also pay quite 200k a day, but why is the room service so dirty?

The bathroom is quite clean for 80k. There is a TV and fan with soap, mineral water and towels. The man on duty is friendly and patient.

The place is comfortable, cool and easy to find. The parking area is spacious, the facilities are sufficient, and the employees are also friendly. Not far from the hotel there is a cozy place to eat. The prices are relatively cheap, the food is quite delicious, the place is clean and the employees are friendly too. Don't dig too deep into your pockets. Next time I will come here again.

Stayed one night because I had to take a test in Ungaran in the morning. The price per night depends on the room.The price is around 100 thousand for a regular size room. For spacious superior rooms it costs 150 and deluxe rooms 200.Superior and deluxe rooms are complete with hot water and chairs, the difference is only the superior uses a fan, the deluxe uses AC.The mattress was comfortable, because it looked like the hotel was new and not long ago so the furniture was still in very good condition.Contribution for room service 10 thousand. Quite comfortable with friendly service. It's just that for one reason or another, the door to the room occupied doesn't have a lock (but the other doors do have locks) actually if you complain earlier you can move rooms but because it's too busy you forget to complain and only realize it at night.But, it can be for families who want to rest for a while after the trip
