Hello #Agoda,We stayed at this hotel from Sept 24th to 26th, 2024, and I **strongly advise** against booking here. While the location is decent and facilities are nearby, the service is downright terrible.The staff is completely untrained and clueless. Sure, the room was clean, but that hardly makes up for the rest. They have two properties, and "Ocean Blue" (the nicer one) is in front, with all the mentioned facilities, while you're stuck sharing the swimming pool with both properties—hardly what you'd expect for the price.We booked a room with a bath tub, but guess what? **No hot water** and the tap was literally **broken**. If you're expecting a relaxing stay, forget about it. You can find **far better properties** in the same price range that don’t come with the endless list of issues this place has. Don't waste your time or money here!*Note:* Breakfast is limited with pre-design menu option.

Beautiful view from the swimming pool area. Included Breakfast is not buffet but sent to room which is pre ordered from menu. Room were spacious and clean and service provided was very good

They used other properties pictures in websites to attract costumers,They don’t have any view from their room. The room is very old, even rat running on the sealing during night time.The staff and Mr Putu himself have very limited communication towards guests. Unprofessional behaviour, they don’t have any ethics. They only know how to rip of guests money.The money I spent for two nights with my family it’s not worth at all. I definitely not recommend anyone to go there , unless you want to spoil your well deserved holiday.

Worst of rooms and service, not at all like the photos.Rooms are dirty, full of insects, taps are broken, linen is stained and mosquito net holes are bigger than rat holes. Lights are so dim, you won’t be able to see anything in the room post sunset. Also walls/ doors are broken.Frontside of the hotel belong to a separate owner, thus you will never get a sea view hotel unlike the misleading pictures.Service is worst, not professional at all. Nobody knows anything at the reception.NEVER EVER PLAN to stay in this hotel, it will ruin your entire Nusa Penida experience.Giving 1 star as thats the least option available. This hotel deserves negative rating.

There are two adjacent properties: 'ocean terrace' in the front and 'sea terrace ' at the back. The pictures that 'sea terrace' has used in all booking sites are that of the other hotel and not it's own. Hence please do not be deceived by the pictures that happened with us.It has only 3 extremely average rooms (none with sea view) of its own with mediocre breakfast options. No proper/ professional staff only a family with an old man who is the all in all of the property.Further, the property is not located on the side of the sea but on the other side of the road which runs in between, that too behind the 'ocean terrace ' property which gives it zero sea view.A steep climb from the road to the property.The only two good things, however, were 1. Very spacious washroom and 2. The very friendly car driver, arranged for us by the old man.Scooter, car if arranged by them are extremely pricey.

Theh charged us for suite room but gave us inner suite. No ocean view from there. Then after 2 days they gave us the room. Tv , exhaust not working in 1st room. Electric kettle not working in 2nd. Staff is good. Gate of the 3rd room broken . Clean hotel, clean pool.Limited options in good breakfast .no lunch or dinner option there.

Very bad experience with the room quality broken bath tub, broken bathroom, tear up curtains and stained bed sheets, it was a horrible dream. Our first day at Nusa Penida was a horror movie because of this. Literally these people are running a scam here with bad amenities and smiling faces

First I would say, it’s all about the people working there. They are great and very lovely. Very friendly , welcoming and could help us with everything we needed. Any questions or arrangements we need, they could help Even day and night. That was really very nice of them all. Especially Ms Dexocha. And another brother whom I didn’t get the name..The room has got no complaints. Very beautiful.The ocean breeze is great. Everything is clean. The sun rise view is beautiful. Great spot to stay in Nusa Penida.SUPERB.WONDERFUL PEOPLE WONDERFUL PLACE.Salute and Thanks to the Hotel and staffMs DexochaAnd the other Brother and the rest of them🙏🙏🙏

Location was good but the food they were serving was worst .. i found ants in banana shakeI booked a junior suite there where curtain was torn apart, rain water is coming inside the room with dirt, washroom doesn't have any lock. The person who was attending our queries at reception didn't know english.Overall experience of this property was really bad.

Had a comfortable stay at this property. We booked a Junior Suite room and were enthralled by the view from the porch. Not only one could see the vast expanse of the sea but also the high mountains of Bali. We watched the sun come up over the sea at sunrise. The room itself was not very large but it had all the essential amenities and was well maintained. There were some crawling insects in the garden area but I have found that to be a problem in Bali in general and not specific to this property. Also, our room was upstairs and had absolutely zero insect problems. The staff was nice and breakfast was okay with limited options. The washroom was pretty large with a view of the sea from the window next to the bathtub. Water did run out in the taps at night.

I wish they had an option for less than 1 star. It was that awful. The rooms were shady extremely scary as well. Running water stops in the tap at night. The tap for bathtub was broken. 3 lights in the room, we had to use flash to look into our bags. And just wish that u dont have to use bathroom at night as u’ll have to carry flash there as well. Nothing suite and nothing luxury about this awful place.

The rooms are very good and spacious but bit of mosquitoes there so carry repellent. You’ll find lots of insects inside property as its has lot’s of greenery. Ask the staff to change your bed sheets linen and towels every day(we stayed for 3 days and they never changed it, we realised this on last day). They provide limited breakfast in room and when you ask for more they ask you to pay extra.
