Actually, the price & quality is the most worth it among other boarding houses, especially the one closest to Ken Saras Hospital. Because the boarding house at Ken Saras happened to be full, so I was FORCED to board elsewhere.+ Location is 15 minutes to Ken Saras Hospital+ The rooms are pretty clean even though they're not really clean like hotels, because the rooms are cleaned when you ONLY check out. As long as you extend it, it WILL NOT be cleaned unless you clean it yourself.+ The TV is Smart TV even though it's not Android TV, there are no local broadcasts at all. Fully relies on existing applications, cannot install additional applications because there is no Playstore.+ Wifi is quite fast (50 Mbps) even if you use Telkom, once the room is busy it will start to feel slow+ There is an IndoStore below, so you won't be confused anymore looking for anything from food & drinks at competitive prices- NON REFUNDABLE, should be written/submitted at the beginning if all transactions are FIX. You can't cancel, move the date, let alone get your money back for any reason. Even though we had negotiated well, the guards and leaders immediately answered that they couldn't, try asking their superiors, let alone the owner, they weren't given the opportunity. Even though the reason for rescheduling is because the doctor is not yourself, hopefully it doesn't tarnish the good name of fellow Hoteliers.Hopefully the Owner will read this review, so he can consider the reschedule request more humanely, especially as a fellow hotel player too.

It's really worth it for that price, the standard rooms are very okay. The spring bed is soft, the sheets are clean, smell good, the TV works well without any errors, the bathroom is also clean, smells good, the hot water is on. It's not very sound if you can hear it in the corridor, but you can't hear it in your room. Overall very okay, and will come back here next time!

The rooms are clean, smell good, the toilets inside are also clean. There was no problem at all, because I came on the weekend so it happened to be busy but it wasn't too annoying. The location is easy to find, underneath there is a complete Indostore, near the stalls too.
