Started following the hotel's page since construction was not yet completed. Once construction was completed, I have taken my family to stay here 5 times. The most recent visit was on 28/7/67. The children really liked this place, especially the wide swimming pool. There are many zones. All the staff are very welcoming. The rooms are good, the atmosphere inside the hotel is good, the breakfast is good. Staying here you hardly have to go anywhere. Definitely have to go stay for the 6th time.I would like to criticize one thing. The refrigerator in the room is not cool at all. Refrigerating beer doesn't cool at all. If possible, I would like to change it to a small refrigerator.

The water in the bathroom keeps flowing and stopping.Kikad should have 2 requests to leave the room and come in for a very long time.Then I'd like to ask. Why can't I wear pajamas to breakfast? I'm very confused here. Well, it depends on the convenience of the customer or not. We returned to wash and brush our teeth to go eat. Thansed then changed into swimming clothes in the morning. After playing in the water, we came up to take a shower and prepared to pack our things and check out and go home. But this means not wearing pajamas to breakfast. That is, we have to take a shower first, then go eat breakfast, eat a snack, play in the water, do activities in the resort. Do we have to shower again like this? Time is running out. That is, by the time we got to stay at 2-3 in the afternoon, before we had to pack up our things and go down to play in the water, the pool was closed for a few hours. We hope to come play in the morning again, that is, with the children, because they want to play in the offseason so they will have lots of time. The small breakfast room is not too shiny, the food tastes okay. But I only have one problem: why don't I wear my morning pajamas? I'm very curious. Overall, it's okay, but it's stuck in one area.

The hotel entrance is deep from the main road. But it arrived and it looked beautiful and new. The pool and slides the kids liked very much. The staff at the pool take very good care of you.

Latest review, trip 28-30 April 2024Pool villa, 3 bedrooms🤩The room is very good. Everything is very clean. Moreover, the bedding doesn't smell musty at all. Pool toys: 10/10👩🏼💼Employees, housekeepers, especially the restaurant. I gave 5 stars because the staff took very good care of me.🧑🏻✈️Good service from the time we got down and met the porter.

The room looks good, but there's a problem with the air conditioner not working, not cooling well (got a room on the 3rd floor), not working cool, being on for almost half an hour. It is a very peaceful hotel suitable for relaxing. Good location. There is a pool and slides for the children to play. . . . On the day you go during Songkran, there are activities for the children to have fun with.The breakfast line isn't many, but it's okay.Overall it is considered impressive.As for the service, we all give a thumbs up.Very good service. My children like it. I'm impressed. But I would like to criticize (in order to really want it to improve).We stayed in pool access room C.1. The bathroom has a lot of standing water that doesn't flow down. The floor is a pan.2. The freezer should be changed to a small refrigerator. Because the freezer is hardly cold at all.Coming from the hot outside and wanting to drink cold water, it was hardly cold at all.3. There should be 2 key cards available.

Very good service, delicious food in every menu. The room is very good. Breakfast service delivered to the bedroom. Children like it very much. Children are happy. The play equipment is good and not chaotic. In summary, it is 10 out of 10. The service staff is very good. Better than 5 stars that I have stayed at in many places.

Beautiful hotel style roomsSnacks and water in the room are not expensive.Very good service, smiling employees work with heart.But additional decoration and resort style management Let the employees manage it themselves.There is very little food to choose from, not diverse, not impressive. We choose the final round But the stuff is lost and rarely replenished. The care staff didn't have much left to do for them.The water park is very suitable for families. There are inflatable boats, slides, and a late check-out at 1:00 p.m.Kid club has nothing, it's an open room with a few toys and a slide. Good that the air conditioner is cool.Overall, it's good. I would like to comment on the food.

The service staff here are very good. Take good care of the children, take good care of them thoroughly. Have stayed here twice and been impressed.But went both times. Found rove insects entering the room every time. The room door doesn't close properly. It has nooks for insects to follow the fire. Very dangerous, especially if you have children with you.
