CAUTION DO NOT BOOK!The room is full of mold and horrible smell! We couldn't stay a night, terrible conditions on site. Not recommended!Booked through Booking.com and the operators say they are not aware of the problems! Rip-offs and scammers!

We spent 2 nights in the hotel, a very pretty establishment with a magnificent view of the ocean. However, we were very surprised by the rationing of water (50cl per person per day), beyond that we will have to pay! Especially since the tap and shower water is salty so it is impossible to drink it or brush your teeth with it. Water pressure in the bathroom almost non-existent.Also, when we asked for extra towels for the pool, the staff told us that they do not provide extra towels.Negative point of the room: the curtains are not blackout, allowing daylight to pass through…Little staff present! We often looked for them.Breakfast was good, but very limited choice (only egg-based) and 1 drink (tea or coffee).

The hotel is situated in an amazing location. We were bit scared of the negative reviews but for us it was a good stay. I agree that the place look a bit old and needs maintenances but for us the rooms were clean and hygienic. The food options were limited but it was okay because cactus beach club is near by and they have amazing food.

The hotel could be good but very bad experience for only one nightWe had booked 2 nights but as soon as we arrived in the evening, there was a very bad smell of sewage in the room. We first spoke about it to the hotel staff who put toilet spray in the room. An hour later, that bad smell again. The staff told us “we’ll see tomorrow.”The next morning, after a night in this bad smell, the staff did nothing, so we left without spending the second night there. The person at the hotel didn't really care

We had booked this hotel for two nights but we only stayed one night (because having arrived late at the hotel there was no way to book another hotel) because of the smell of sewage in our room. After putting in the spray, flushing the toilet and turning on the air conditioning, nothing was done, the smell was still present. The host simply told us we’ll see about it tomorrow! After a night spent in this smell and without consideration from the host, we changed hotels.

We booked this hotel in Nusa Penida for two days but only stayed for one day due to the poor condition of the hotel. The door did not work well; we had to adjust it to lock it, and even then, the lock didn't work properly. The bathroom was full of leeches and cockroaches, and the water in the bathroom was salty. The staff were really good, which was the only positive aspect of our stay. The pool water was also salty. Breakfast was included, but it was just okay; the kitchen was small and not very hygienic. Overall, the only good thing about our stay was the friendly staff boy. That's all.

Our room did stink like toilet and a really badly stuffed drain and something else. Even after getting fresh air in, turning the AC on and flushing a couple of times it didn’t got better. The wall was ripped open at one part and behind the closet was a huge spot of mould. There were dark spots on the pillows, linen and towels. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the main door wouldn’t close completely either. The whole room was just dirty and it simply wasn’t possible to stay there because of the huge spot of mould without risking your health. The pool upstairs is really green and also not clean. The whole place didn’t really looked like the pictures.There are 3 men working there, they will check you in and show you the room. So we tried talking to them but we got told they are just cleaning and working there but can’t do anything for us. The owner wasn’t there and they didn’t have contact details. They told us to reach out to booking. There was no chance we would stay there so we left without any kind of agreement and booked another location. The place is really old and simply a ripoff.

Location is peaceful with great sea view. Infinity pool is good. Room we got was in building. We were family of 3. There are cabins in premises. Room looked like under some maintenance. Water in tap is badly salty. Location is far from harborBetter if you can take scooter to go around. There is no restaurant on premises. However good can be delivered to this hotel from a nearby restaurant. Menu is limited. Room was spacious with sea view right from the bed.

I don’t understand the bad reviews!The rooms provide an absolutely stunning view. The infinity pool with sea view is amazing and the 3 guys that work there are so kind, helpful and warm hearted. The winner of our stay there though is the cute dog Lucy, which we so wanted to adopt. But the guys take such good care of her and are so compassionate about the dogs. We will miss it there.And here is an answer to some of the reviews below: the water that was provided and that can be bought there is bottled drinking water and does not taste salty. The shower and tap water is salty but firstly everyone should know that you can’t drink that water and secondly: these cottages are up the hill and it is quite common that there is nothing else available than filtered sea water. It’s not Italy, it’s Indonesia.No one burned any plastic in the 4 days that we have been there and the breakfast is okay. If you don’t like it, then why not give it to the dogs that might be hungry and get yourself a nice breakfast somewhere else.

The view from the hotel is absolutely amazing. You are able to see the beautiful beach below and go swimming in the infinity pool; however, the rooms were not our favorite. The AC was not working as well as we hoped and there are multiple cracks within the bungalows that allow bugs and geckos to come in. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. The bathroom had small lookout holes that also allowed things to come in and the drain did not work well so there was idling water most of the time. If you don’t mind those things then this is a great place to stay but we were not fond of those aspects.

Worst experience at this hotel in Nusa penida..Bed is damaged , AC is not cooling enough, Water tastes like sea water even the mineral water provided tasted equally bad There is no restaurant attached we have to order out apparently (Haven’t tried so cannot comment on the quality of food)..When we told we are going to vacate they were least bothered (Guess this happens a-lot here)..We vacated within 2h of checking in,no refund as well .. Had to pay extra for new hotel but however no regrets because no body would prefer horrible stay/vacation.

Neat and clean room, no telephone, television..You have to bring extra mineral water as the tap water tastes a little salty, the road here is quite far from places to eat.. especially for Muslims..View superb, swimming pool excellent..If you stay here. Otw come please buy extra snacks.. cup noodles, mineral water, or anything you needed.. since I'm here, I just want to go out.. 250k Rupiah for a return taxi for a 3,km trip. Calm down. Silence. Honeymoon is suitable..

Firstly you won't find anyone on the reception it's always empty and staff there is also not good you have to catch them everytime and as per price the rooms are not good i took room with a sea view and the room had cracked walls literally …

+ nice infinity mini pool with good view+ Spacious room and private attached bathroom.- salty water supply- slippery terrace. it was rainy in the evening, and all over the terrace floor and sofa were drenched in rain.- less lighting and many insects inside the room.- slippery and no road lighting at night, at steepy and uneven ramp from the main road into the hotel. (Quite dangerous)- no reception person when we checked in at around 4.15pm.- we were shocked when we returned to the hotel at 11.15am. We got scolded by them as the check out time is 11.00am. and we cleared the check out at around 11.40- can't review the breakfast, as we get out early in the morning and back late passing their breakfast time.
