Unfortunately the experience was not very good.1. The place was not clean. The insides of the cupboard and kitchen shelves were covered in grease and dust. Looks like it has never been cleaned up. We spent a couple of days cleaning up these places so that we could store our things there.2. The villa is very damp. There is no ventilation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Because of this, the walls deteriorate, and mold grows in the bathroom, which is quite dangerous for health. It's unfortunate, but the owner told us that installing ventilation would not solve the mold and damp problem, and it was decided to paint the walls with dripless paint after the end of the rainy season (in a few months?) and provide us with Kapoor Bagus (which is toxic) to reduce the bad smell. This, of course, would not solve the stale air problem.3. The water heater is small so we only had about 5 minutes of hot showers.4. There were constant problems with water pressure and we had to ask the owner to come and fix it, which was done on site. In addition, the problem with water pressure arose several times after we left the villa for a walk. The owner came into the villa and did something to the pipes as soon as we left which we didn't appreciate. I have no idea why he had to come to us when the villa was empty, because this is not a hotel, and we were not provided with any services. After realizing this, we informed the owner that we rented the place and it was private property for a month and we didn't want anyone to keep entering the premises. We also reported this to the agent.5. By our arrival, the pool had not been cleaned. It took three days to clean it the first time (apply chemicals, vacuum it and remove white particles). Still, the water looked cloudy. After a few days everything turned green. And the process was repeated. Imagine renting this place for a week and not being able to swim in the pool for more than half of your stay…6. Also, sometimes the circulation of water was not turned on for several days, so I had to ask to turn it on so that the water would not grow old. Then they turned on such a mode that it was impossible to sleep at night - it was so loud. We agreed that a timer would be set so that the water would not circulate at night and that a lighter water circulation would be set so that the sounds would not interfere. It took us several days and several reminders to set the timer. Interestingly, on the last night I spent at the villa, the loudest water circulation mode turned on, so I had to keep cotton balls in my ears in order to fall asleep. I don't know how this mode was enabled if a timer was set.7. At first, we had to ask to replenish the electricity bill every 4-5 days, as with regular use of electricity, it ran out quickly. After we asked for it a second time, more money was added to the electricity bill, so the electricity lasted a little longer then.8. We also had to be reminded to pay for the Internet, as one day we woke up without wi-fi.This is a beautiful villa with a lot of potential and we wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay there, but unfortunately there were constant problems that continued indefinitely. And some of them, as it seemed to us, arose intentionally, did not leave such a big impression.
