Amazing stay. The house is beautiful and big, the person is super nice. I really recommend. The street is warm with lots of restaurants. To go to town the scooter takes 5 minutes

Lovely garden and pool however much needed repair and updating required to the living areas. We had booked Villa Wayan1 for two weeks but left after 1st night. The property is worn and poorly maintained. Dish towels and floor mats were dirty with holes. Looked like a car was washed with them. Stove and kettle looked like trashed camping equipment. Fridge door did not close properly allowing water to leak on floor. Water tank had black mould on spill tray and on water spout. Bed linen, bed netting and curtains smelled old and had stains. One bedroom had a broken and ripped lamp shade. Another had broken and loose floor tiles held down with black masking tape.The two bathrooms are outside, where nieghbours can hear every bathroom sound.This review sounds harsh but the property does not reflect the photos.

This is worse, that's how much you hate onlineThe villa person deliberately directed us to drop off at the parking lot, then insisted on asking for 5k parkingEven though the cm dropped and went, it didn't park

Beautiful property. You will have to walk or take a two wheeler to reach. Very friendly owner and staff. They cleaned everything on time. You can rent it on Airbnb. Located in prime area of Ubud. Many cafes and restaurants nearby.

An oasis of peace. That's how we experienced this place. Pleasant stay because our daughters had their own bungalow, next to ours. It is clean and we always received all the help we needed. Highly recommended.You have good dining options nearby. And if you want to visit the center, it is about a 20-minute walk.
