This place is absolutely incredible. I spent hours trying to decide where to stay around Ubud because there are so many choices and I don't think we could've picked a better place. This is a relaxing oasis outside of the chaos of Ubud but close enough that you don't have to sit in traffic long to get to the center. The villa itself is super nice, comfortable beds, amazing AC, refreshing pool and beautiful garden. Breakfast made by the team is delicious. There are plenty of restaurants and spas within a few minutes walk and exploring all the paths around the villa was super cool. Yana is an amazing host and is an extremely kind and friendly person. He picked us up from the airport which was seamless and drove us around while in Ubud. A few weeks later at the end of our trip he even picked us up from Padang Bai and brought us to the airport. This place is super special with amazing vibes and I can't recommend it enough. Thank you for everything Yana! We hope to see you again ❤️

□ LOVE the architectural design! The open concept where everything is visible and can be seen makes it feel so "homey"□ The pool is deep enough to fully submerge if you are under 6ft, so you can have fun swimming from 1 end to the other. It's not as small as the photos might make it look!□ The kitchen already comes with clean plates, spoons, forks, and basic utencils for cooking. Some Villa's dont come with this, especially near the city like Kuta, Seminyak, Cangu, etc.□ The Villa owner and workers immediately responded to any concerns, questions, or comments through WhatsApp. Communication with them was timely. If you have a question or need something, Yana or Mahendra will respond to you right away. Communication is 10/10□ Extremely convenient location because it was directly across the laundry shop and less than 1 minute walk to one of the best Warungs/restaurants we've had.□ Very good vibes! This Villa feels more like a home and not like a hotel. Very comfortable atmosphere and overall vibes. The place is also very clean.Some Improvements They Can Make :□ The water filter or water dispenser does not look visually clean on the outside or inside. But this is only a minor inconvenience since there are many places to get water.□ The Kitchen doesn't have a spatula *(I like to flip my eggs when cooking)* but this is not a problem really. I'm just being annoying.I stayed for 11 days! deffo gonna come back here! I Miss Rumah Karda already! ♡

Very nice for family and friends gatherings. There are 2 main rooms, so you can separate rooms for groups of girls and boys. There is a kitchen and complete equipment from bowls, plates, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dispenser too... but don't forget to wash and clean up yourself if you want. Used repeatedly. The swimming pool is sufficient for shallow swimming, the depth is below 150 to +200 cm. The bathroom is also aesthetic, there are bathtubs and hairdryers available in several corners ride a motorbike from the main entrance, because cars are difficult to pass
