I stayed here for a week about 1 YEAR AGO and have been meaning to review it ever since, I had a wonderful time here. The location right on the beach is perfect compared to most of the other lodges at the point break which are only really convenient for surfers, however, it is still super easy to reach the break from here while staying at a nicer location 👌.Toris and his family were extremely lovely and accomodating and prepared some seriously tasty meals for us, especially the grilled coconut fish 🤤.The rooms were spotlessly clean and our stay here stuck with us hence reviewing a year later!!

We stayed here for 10 days and it was absolutely amazing. Toris and his family are really nice and helped us with everything we needed.The beach here is beautiful and very quiet. We went surfing almost every day right in front of the hotel. There‘s great waves for beginners to intermediates. For bigger waves, Sorake is only a short ride away and we could rent a scooter with a rack to take our board there.We stayed in one of the double bedrooms with ac in the yellow bungalows which was really nice. The room was very spacious, clean and had a nice terrace just next to the beach. The upstairs rooms with the blue corridor are also nice but more basic so would recommend staying in the yellow bungalows.The food was excellent as well. We could even join in the kitchen for a cooking class to learn some indonesian recipes.All in all, we had an amazing stay and hope to be back soon.

Lovely place to stay (you sleep by the beach!!) Or to rest after surfing at the restaurant.
You can rent surfboard here and the owner is a very lovely family! Thank you Mr. Toris!!

What a lovely time we had here! Even though it was a bit further from Sorake point than some other options and we needed a scooter to go with our surfboards we decided to stay. The view, the rooms and especially the kindness of Toris and his lovely family are a guaranteed good time! By the way, the banana pancakes for breakfast are just amazing here! There are also some fun waves just in front by the beach when the point gets big swells.We will stay here again next time we come to Lagundri.All the best! Pedro & Klara

The experience has been great. The family that owns the accommodation is great, they treated us wonderfully, always making sure we were well and helping us with anything we needed. The location is excellent because it is on the edge of the beach, a clean and sandy beach. They have surfboards to practice, especially for beginners. The area with the biggest waves for experts is a 15-minute walk away, but you can go there by motorcycle. The food at the site is very delicious. We have felt like someone else in the family

We like the atmosphere in this family guesthouse.The guesthouse is calm, clean with a direct access to the sandy beach.The owner and his wife are very helpful, patient and flexible in helping us to book a ferry/Taxi.All the staff is polite, friendly and always present at the guesthouse.Surfing boards, surfing lesson and scooter are available.The views are amazing directly on the ocean and the jungle.The food is fresh, handmade and delicious.Only downside, we had a cold shower.Project : Midwives Around The World#AlamaCare#AntoineLphotos
