This beach side hotel offers a backpacker beachside vibe, at least the room we've had on the second floor above the lobby. The room is a bit dated, there's a scent of sea and moist air and everything looked a bit dated – except for the lobby, which is very modern.Free Coffee is provided all day at the lobby and there is a nice common hangout area on the 2nd floor, but it's a bit stuffy during the day.We stayed on a weekday, when it was less busy and paid 390B (Agoda), which is an absolute bargain and worth every Satang.The location is perfect, right on Cha-Am beach and one of the few budget places with parking (arrive early, parking fills up quickly).Highly recommended on weekdays, and if you can get a room below 600B.

Room price 800+, small room and quite old. There's a lot of dust*** both dust in the room and from the air conditioner. There is a large air conditioner (probably an old one that isn't being used), a lot of dust, and the water flow isn't strong at all🥺 Most importantly, I heard the sound of dragging chairs all night 🥹 but expected it to be the room next door 😅

The room is 800 per night, expecting it to be better than this, the bathroom is smelly. The pillow has red stains. But it's like it's hidden. But sleep well, nothing

Doesn't match the cover! The room is very small, not worth the price. Different from the picture promoted on the page (Room A), the furniture, bedsheets, bathroom are not very clean, the ceiling has black marks. There's not a lot of parking. If anyone arrives late, they have to park on the beach. There are no lights and it's very dark. In addition, in the morning the staff still called and woke me up to postpone the bus (very bad).

Quiet rooms, good location next to the sea. Clean, to a good extent, inexpensive, the room does not have a towel. One plug hole is not enough to charge a phone.
