Absolutely recommended, don't let the bad reviews put you off. The service is wonderful and the pool is very nice. The staff is very accommodating and flexible.I can only warmly recommend a night here

Rooms were clean. The service attendants were polite, they tried to be as helpful as possible and promptly sorted a plumbing issue when it happened. Tour to the mosque in the city and the restaurants on the beach were really good. The pool was really nice but unfortunately they were the only postives.There was a lot of unnecessary intrusion things like gardening and the pool was dirty on arrival, which could of been done before we arrived and while we out each day. Waterfall should of been on as we arrived too would of made a better first impression and they kept coming in to turn the waterfall for the pool on and off where as I think they should of put it on in the morning and off at night that would of sufficed. The breakfast food was not good at all pancakes were rubbery and doughy. Salami in the wraps seemed more like a processed meat from a can like fritz or devon. Nasi goreng was terrible. The eggs were ok.We booked a half day snorkeling tour through them and they tried to get us to do a full day which we declined, they then said another couple wanted to do the same tour but for the full day which we again declined. On the tour the couple said to us they only wanted to do a half day tour as well so it felt like we were all lied too. The tour ended up being nearly a full day in the end anyways starting at 8 and back at 3.Location was close to the ferry port but need to pay for transport to get anywhere, its about 45 min drive to the capital and about 15mins to local restaurants. Not much around within walking distance apart from a couple of very small convenience store. We had noodles for lunch from the convenience stores for some of the days.Woke to loud speakers from a nearby mosque at 430 am each morning.

Very beautiful location, here also provides snorkeling trips to the 3 Gilis with the boats provided, very delicious breakfast, friendly staff, very large rooms + kitchen, clean, comfortable, and you can enjoy the sunset on a very white sand beach beautiful and close to the location,🌲🌺🌹
