It is the best place to stay in Ubud. It is close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle and with a lot of tranquility around. To access the hotel, you have to contact them and they will pick you up by buggy (very fast and efficient service). The staff is lovely, always ready to help you with everything. The room is beautiful, very large and with everything you need to be comfortable and quiet. There were only 3 villas where we stayed, which makes it even more private. The pool, even though it is shared, is spectacular (we were very lucky that the times we wanted to swim we were alone). They do not have a restaurant service, although they do have room service with a local restaurant. Even so, we recommend that you go and take advantage of the restaurants that Ubud offers, which are impressive. Unforgettable experience!

The structure is new, it is a villa with 3 houses, each with its own patio, which share the private swimming pool. Well maintained both externally and internally. Upon request they will clean the room. Breakfast is served on your own patio based on personal choices.Pondok Naya is located a few steps from the center and chaos of Ubud, it is not possible to get there with a car but they provide a buggy willing to take/pick you up at the meeting point on the main road (thanks for being available at any time!) . However, it is a place surrounded by nature, however expect to be surrounded by cute little animals. For me, it was worth it. There is peace and quiet, just what you are looking for in Bali! Structure highly approved!

€100 in cash has disappeared from the safe.Both my girlfriend and I were sure of the amount deposited inside it as we carefully counted the money before depositing it.We asked the staff for explanations at check out and they initially told us that there was only one key for each safe, subsequently they reported that they have a double key and that the person who has it was not at the property.They then showed us all the keys in their possession that they use to open the rooms to make us understand that they did not have the keys to the safe, a pity that it took many minutes to recover these keys, therefore in the time necessary to remove all the keys from the safes. I pointed it out to them but they pretended not to understand.Furthermore, a few evenings before returning to the facility I had also noticed that a purse containing medicines was open while I remembered having closed it.Oddity that I didn't give much weight to.Only at check out did we realize there was no cash and then we realized that someone had put their hands inside our luggage.We were really saddened and disappointed by what happened!Furthermore there are gekis and lizards that at breakfast time on the balcony hurry to appear on the table to eat the meal. So we had to go back to the room to get breakfast again and be able to eat in peace.

This hotel is 5 minutes by motorbike from the center of Ubud, which is appreciated. The center is chaotic with noise, motorcycles, cars and traffic jams. Therefore, when you arrive at the area where the hotel is, you are grateful. It is an area where cars cannot access, but the hotel has a boogie service that takes you and brings you from the hotel to the parking lot where cars can access. Our room (Pondok Naya 4) was wonderful. It had a porch where there is a sink, a fire for cooking and a refrigerator, and you can also have breakfast when the staff brings you breakfast to the pool. The room is large and the bathroom is "outside", but covered. It has a shower, bathtub and a beautiful sink. The private pool is large for a room of 2 people and has 2 sun loungers surrounded by nature, where you can only hear the silence and you can see the moon. As I mentioned before, it is separated from the center of Ubud, but that does not mean that there is nothing around. You have: massage spa, warung (I recommend Mesari Warung), areas to have a drink with atmosphere and music. So, after a day of touring Bali, you are grateful to arrive at the hotel area.Finally, thank all the staff for their work and involvement. They are attentive to everything, they help you and are always available to take you on the boogie board.

This was the worst stay that we had ever stayed. We could sleep because of some insect making loud noise in the false ceiling. There is no complimentary water bottle. The tub was very dirty, the pool was even more dirty, the stay is in a remote place. Not at all recommended

The room I had had a private swimming pool, two amazing bathrooms they can give give you a lift to the main street and it has two bedrooms. I also saw some small lizards and a frog.

Very nice private villa with a swimming pool and a very nice bathroom. A little lost in the rice fields but that’s also what we were looking for and to be calm at the same time.The photos match quite well.The shuttle service for travel also works well.A little far from Ubud city center.
