CRAZY HOTELInitial expectations saw that the lift and corridor were still safe, looked convincing (maybe because this was a former apartment) but as soon as you entered the room you were immediately greeted by an unpleasant and dirty smell. The wall paint is peeling, the floor is sticky and the lighting is lacking. There I was still thinking "well that's okay, at this price what can I ask for in Surabaya?"Continuing to move to the mattress, I immediately saw red spots on the bed sheet and bed cover, which were dirty, like water had dried and turned brown. I immediately thought "can I sleep here?" 😖Hurry up and look for the AC remote. As soon as it was turned on, there was a buzzing sound under the AC. It turned out that the block that I thought was a table before was the box that encloses the exhaust! Yes, the AC exhaust was put into the room, even though it was facing out, the hot air still came in. So top is cold and bottom is hot 😭The story continues when I entered the bathroom, there were no towels and amenities. None of us brought towels, too bad 🥲My roommate said, "It's okay, do you really want to get a horn from a place like this? Can you imagine that?" It's sad, there's some truth to that too 🥹Luckily the water was clean and didn't smell bad. I swear, the only thing that's true there is the water, try it, if it smells, go straight to packing.After walking around, we returned to the hotel and when we opened the room door we were immediately greeted by a smell (like the smell of a sewer) that was stronger than when we first entered. The AC was no longer as hot as the exhaust, making us open Traveloka again to look for the nearest hotel where we could check in at 1pm 🥹 I couldn't think clearly there anymore. Luckily my roommate has a smart brain, he said "should we try asking the receptionist to change rooms? Because the smell is no longer tolerable"Finally we went down from the 5th floor and asked the receptionists with a little hope.And yes, what you think is correct, you can't because this booking has already entered the system blah blah blah. We ask whether there are rooms where the exhaust is not inside? He answered, "This type has all the exhaust inside. Only the type above has no exhaust."I quickly asked "how much?""175,000"The receptionist allowed us to see the room first on the 11th floor, it turned out to be more suitable for staying. Go back to the floor. 1 for affirmative. You can't make debit payments, there's no qris, you can't pay in the morning because the bill closes at 3, so you have to pay cash. Umm...?After the business is finished, you can finally feel a little relieved even though the situation is more or less the same as the previous room, but here is the exhaust outside. Thank you, really.Eh, but it turns out this hotel won't let us sleep soundly just yet. While I was getting ready for bed, suddenly there was a gurgling sound from in front of the bathroom, apparently the chair my roommate was sitting on had collapsed 😭 after looking at it, the chair had collapsed from the start and was only put up so it wouldn't be suspicious 😭 I was laughing and feeling sorry because it was already 02.30 😭😭😭The stay is ending soon, we are ready to leave the hotel. At 12.00 there was CS banging on the door, shouting "housekeeping!" Before we had time to open the door, suddenly he opened it himself with the key. We were shocked, how dare he open the door without permission? It feels like there's really no privacy and you're not polite to guests. Makes you nervous to understand or not 🥹What's cleaning anyway? We went in too dirty.This is just a story of experience, it was our fault that we didn't look at the review until the bottom because we had to find accommodation on day 1. Take a clean photo with the OYO pillow. Even though the receptionist said they no longer had a partnership with OYO, after returning home I was still chatting with OYO Indonesia to give the best review of this place. So there you go, the best review I can give 😁For that price, what are your expectations?Cleanliness. There is CS but the floor is sticky and dirt is everywhere, and it smells like that.Then, if it's OYO, why isn't it OYO standards?That's all 😭

Dirty mattress, lots of cockroaches, dirty bathroom, AC remote doesn't work

Not recommended. Dirty room. Lots of cockroaches. The mattress, bed sheet, pillow blanket was not washed. Dirty and smelly. Dirty bathroom.

Staying here because of work, and booked by a friend, first entered the parking area, I was surprised, from afar, how come it looks like an abandoned building, the apartment failed to be built, then the building behind it is being used, strangely there are lots of motorbikes in the parking lot, even though inside there is no cafe Or what is it that makes it crowded, well the assumption and reason in my opinion is that this is why young people hang out like that, because it was obvious when I checked in, lots of kids were going out here. When I entered the room, it was even more unclear, well, according to the photos and videos, it wasn't quite right, just like my boarding room, my boarding house was still good, far away. Disgusting, dirty, lots of streaks of blood, unclear stains, there were shoe marks on the mattress. Maybe this is one of the ugliest hot spots I've ever been to. That same night I immediately moved to another hotel. Hopefully the management and Oyo parties will read it.
