Order from Agoda and get the price around 170.The location is inside a housing complex, so pass by the security post.the residential area is quiet, so the atmosphere is calm.got a room on the ground floor, although it wasn't very spacious, it was quite comfortable.(+) in the room there is a sofa chair, work chair, work desk, small refrigerator. the bathroom has warm water on. bidet toilet. clean, fragrant linen. Towel, brush, toothpaste ready. His favorite for that price is getting TV and Netflix. gallon refill water, get complimentary snacks too.(-) minus, just a bit confused because there was no soap, because I happened to not bring soap. there was no bathroom mat, but when I asked the staff they were given a mat.suitable for those who want to find peace and rest.good value for money, aka worth it.

This is based on experience, yesterday I ordered a room 2 weeks before checking in, when I checked in the room was full. The hotel asked for cancellation without prior confirmation, they canceled my cellphone sari and until now the money has not been returned. It's better to think about whether you want to stay here 😭 it's very detrimental

I REALLY REVIEW YAA (sorry there are no photos at all). order on Agoda and get a price of 350 thousand for 2 nights, I guarantee the quality of the room cleaning service is GREAT! plus you also get FREE NETFLIX😭😭 and it looks like this is a new building, still a little review. USE THIS REVIEW AS YOUR BENCHMARK, basically I guarantee it will be delicious, comfortable, calm and beautiful. I hope this helps! Thank you hotel, maintain the quality👍

The rooms are nice and new for an affordable price and have smart TV facilities. I hope that if I go to Surabaya, I can come here again if I stay overnight.

The new accommodation with a Guest House concept in South Surabaya is located in the Gayung Kebonsari Elite Housing Complex. Quiet comfortable place, 24 hour security with 1 entrance and exit system. Close to government, business and culinary centers. 5 minutes to Surabaya Grand Mosque and 10 minutes to Juanda Sidoarjo Airport. The accommodation is highly recommended, complete with a large bed, Smart TV, AC, water heater, refrigerator and free mini bar. Thank you The Al's by ZIRI.
