The rooms are clean and have many amenities. Parking is convenient. There are free coffee drinks to make as well. The owners are friendly and fun to talk to. I didn't feel uncomfortable. There is a place to sit and eat downstairs as well. And most importantly, it's right next to the sea. It's only a 30 meter walk from the hotel to the sea. At night, there will be food on the beachfront.

We were a group of six and chose to eat from the Thai menu, although an extensive European menu available. The ladies selected six dishes, including fish, meat, a curry and soup. All agreed, all were superb. I would seriously recommend this restaurant. Prices were reasonable, service was friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back.

Secret restaurant on Cha-am beach. Into the alley, almost the end of the alley The chef is Swedish Moved to Thailand Western food is delicious. Friendly service There came out to talk and inquire about the taste of food as well.

Delicious food! I wish I could know the recipe of the white fish. I don't live in Thailand anymore. So I can't really go there to have it again. :(

The best restaurant far and wide. All dishes very tasty. European and Asian cuisine. The owners friendly and accommodating. We didn't find anything comparable here in Cha am.

The owner of Sea & Sands said that he moved off the beach road into a small soi because he didn't like the sand in the food. He is a nice Swedish fellow doing a good job with his guest house and restaurant.We had fish and chips tonight and we're quite happy with our food. Our Thai friends were also happy with their Thai food. There for I give him 5 stars tonight.

Thankful for finding this restaurant! Was in dire need for European comfort food and that’s exactly what I got! Mashed potatoes so velvety and rich they would alone make a fantastic meal! Meatballs super tender, fish so light and delicious with Richard’s mom’s recipe and his personal tutorial on how a true Swede would eat it.Richard makes you feel at home, super friendly and warm!You won’t be disappointed!
