The villa from inside in clean and comfortable,the persons here are nice but there is a nearby large burning with smoke obscuring the view all day and and with a very bad smell

They let us come in early and leave a little later. We had no privacy. They had a problem with the wifi and entered the villa twice without warning (having my WhatsApp number so they could ask first). The breakfast was the most crappy of all my stays in Bali but it was good. We stayed in the 3-bedroom villa. Very modern, clean and large, although we found a fairly large cockroach at night. The next day we received a visit from the neighbors, the monkeys, there were more than 7 of them, who did not hesitate to eat the leftovers of our breakfast and take a dip in the pool.I couldn't pay with contact less because despite having gone in twice to fix the wifi, it wasn't working. It does not have room service (only breakfast). Next to the villa, there is a retreat for surfers that does have a bar and you can enter to consume.

There are many weird things about these villas. Firstly the location is so remote so it makes everything so difficult. Also there is no information at concierge or anyone to speak to so very confusing and overall disappointing. Breakfast was very average and there was a stray dog howling one of the nights. Villas are not that well kept, clean enough but nothing special at all. Although it is a beautiful view, you can get MUCH better value for your money!

Arrival to the place confusing because of the connected roads. Better to get a driver who knows the place. Breakfast:They deliver it to the roomLimited options of breakfastEggs ( scrambled, boiled, omelette..) comes with 1 toasted bread, jam, butter, 1 slice of cucumber and 2 slices of tomato.And indonesian breakfast (noodles or rice) with eggs on top, comes with 1 toasted bread, jam, butter, 1 slice of cucumber and 2 slices of tomato.Also, serve orange juiceWe asked about the availability of buffet, they mentioned not yet still under construction.The bread is enough we asked to add another bread per plate.Service:They are all helpful, great and always smiling and checking if you need anythingWe texted the butler for anything we need, very helpful, they were on time for everything we ask.Wifi:It is good and available all over the villaMany thanks to you allI highly recommend this placeAnd especially, those who want to relax and enjoy a peaceful memorable timeAnd hope they focus on the points to improve

Large villa with good views and very quiet surroundings. This is the only good thing you will get from the accommodation.Terrible service, today I have already left after staying 4 nights, I don't know what types of services they offer (massages, taxis...) Nobody taught us anything, they provided us with a WhatsApp so we could ask questions.The Villa can be clearly seen because it is abandoned, broken glass, chips on the wall, rusty bathroom mirrors...A villa of this category only offers you two types of breakfast, Balinese or American.Which leaves a lot to be desired.Finally, the straw that breaks the camel's back is that you ask for a laundry service which the cost was per kg. They delivered it to us poorly washed, they gave us a price and on the day of checkout they wanted to charge us double.As you can see in the photos they also have a reception where if you want to wait for your taxi to arrive it is very pleasant…PS: if you want a villa with the same characteristics but with better service, look for another

This is the first time I've stayed in a villa with 24 hour service. If you want bbq, just order, no need to worry about buying ingredients. The villa is also very spacious. if it's really quiet at night, it's really suitable for those who want to heal
