Room: Quite spacious and quiet, suitable for families, you can brew your own coffee and tea, but the AC is still not cold enough for one room because it is only ½ PK, the place is clean, the bathroom is clean but there is no hot water.Service: The guards are friendly and kind.Location: the location is quite quiet, the hotel lobby is also spacious, there is a fish pond, for a less strategic location, far from food stalls or restaurants, there are no shops nearby for shopping.

Hotel one of the "Service" accommodations. Talking about services is closely related to service. Today, I experienced bad service from the hotel clerk/receptionist. This is about "durians", which from the start I didn't know there would be a rule prohibiting bringing durians. Secondly, I have admitted that I was wrong & responsible. However, the receptionist was still grumbling about the rules prohibiting bringing durians. Which in my opinion, the rules regarding the ban on durian cannot be displayed optimally by the hotel management. Minimal1. Make a banner measuring 60 x 160 cm at the hotel entrance.2. Supervision is carried out when visitors bring them, so that there are preventive measures beforehand3. In the room, comprehensive rules are made regarding the rules that must be fulfilled by every visitor.In this hotel, that doesn't exist, aka it's not run as well as it could be. There are only "small" rules at the reception desk which not all visitors know about. The receptionist's way of handling visitors tends to be arrogant and unfriendly. This is actually the main disease for every industry that operates in the field of goods & services. Do you know why BCA security guards are praised a lot? Yup, FRIENDLY SERVICE! I hope Ray 3's management improves, especially in the area of ​​receptionist service which is arrogant and not very friendly. Don't let this hotel's good reputation be damaged by bad people like what I experienced now (19 May 2024) at approximately 12.30-13.00

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing due to significant hygiene issues. In the first room, there was a very strong, unpleasant odor, and I noticed mouse droppings on the bed, which was quite unsettling.The staff kindly moved me to a different room, but unfortunately, this did not resolve the cleanliness problems. I encountered a large cockroach in the second room, which further highlighted the hygiene issues.While the staff were responsive, the overall cleanliness of the hotel needs serious improvement. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly. I would recommend future guests to inquire about these issues before booking.
