I booked a two-bedrooms suites at Cove Nawaprita for 3 nights based on the description provided and displayed by the Cove Nawaprita page on booking.com that stated the room facility includes a kitchen that is available for cooking. But after i arrived at the property, the staff told me that the room that includes kitchen for cooking is not available for my booking because i only book 3 nights and those rooms are only eligible for a monthly booking. I request to meet the property manager, but the staff told me that a complaint can only be filed through WA channel only. I have sent my complain to The Cove WA channel and the customer service told me to wait. I have waited for 90 minutes since my first WA, and still they provide me with no solution. So i waited for 2 hours at the property lobby with no AC since my first arrival and 90 minutes since my first complaint submitted through the cove WA channel. At the end the receptionist told me to wait in the room that has no kitchen available for cooking.This is the WORST service i ever experience by far.

For the staff, including security, they're not very friendly, they're rude, they all seem to have never been taught etiquette. only one has a good way of speaking, but the others are really bad, not worth it with the staff's service like that

Living at Cove Nawaprita is the best decision I will make in 2024. The building is new, clean, there is a large parking area and there is a communal space where you can sit and read a book in the morning or do morning exercise near the swimming pool. What I like most is the spacious room (even wider than a studio apartment), the layout is neat, there are lots of large storage cupboards, the kitchen set is nice, fully furnished with an aesthetic and comfortable interior, versatile and easy to arrange to make it more homey, bonus cleaning-room service once a week. Laundry is also just dropped in the lobby and the location is very strategic close to supermarkets, cafe gemas, malls and places to eat. The staff and housekeeping are also very friendly and helpful. Complete package for a stay with holiday vibes :)
