First time in Bali and we stayed here, the whole team look after you and treat you like family. The villa was beautiful, and superb, very clean and excellent location. They go above and beyond, I will only stay here if I come back to Ubud!

What a perfect stay we had at Nick Villa! From the moment Putu picked us up from our previous hotel him and Gustafo treated us like family and ensured we had the most fabulous time in Ubud. They are the best team. The helped us arranged everything we needed help with: dinner reservations, day trips, laundry, massages in our villa, and more. Putu is a fantastic driver and super fun with the kids. With 3 young children, such assistance, kindness and care was very very much appreciated.The villa itself is beautiful and located in a nice neighbourhood that has some nice restaurants and not too far walking distance from Ubud center. Gustafo and Putu where in the process of opening a new bar attached to the villas and it looked like it’s gonna be a very place to have a drink and bite before going out (or staying in) for dinner. Thank you again Gustafo and Putu, we will be back!

Staff is friendly and super helpful. Gusti is super nice. The villa is not easy to access but they help you with the luggage in and out. Once you are settled the stay it is easy to get around. Breakfast is good also.Some negatives:Bed sheets smelled, windows and doors doesn’t close properly (2-3cm) so you’ll probably meet animals in the villa.Things that should have been communicated towards us:-There is ongoing construction (I understand the villa is separated but the overall vibe is of a construction site which should be shown in price but the minimum is raising awareness)-if you pay by card they add 3% to your bill for card usage. I understand the owner doesn’t want to pay it but maybe me neither. If it would have been told us in advance maybe I wouldn’t rage in a Google review now.Overall: overpriced. I suggest the owners leveling down the prices of the rooms and giving a pay rise to the staff who save the day (otherwise we’d give one star)

Our experience has been perfect!The villa is perfect, clean, comfortable, simple but cozy.The pool is wonderful and the garden is cared for in detail.The bed is very comfortable!But we can't only talk about the villa because behind it there is a great team that makes this possible, Putu, Wayan and Gusti.They are incredible, from the welcome, advice and attention at all times from Putu, Wayan's wonderful good mornings with his delicious breakfasts and finding you the perfect house every day after Gusti visits it.THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING TO ALL!!!A big hug 🤗 🤗 🤗(Take care of our snails, frogs and the Gekooo 🤣)

They sell more seats than they can accommodate. I booked my accommodation on Booking.com. But then it turned out that all the rooms were occupied. Keep in mind that if you book here, you can end up outside at any time. The owner is bad

The location is a little hard to get to (there's no car access - only bike or walk) but the view from the villa was perfect, overlooking rice fields and whole area was super quiet. Nicks Villa has 3 separate villas but we never heard any noise from the other 2.Now, to be honest, the villa itself is old - bathroom needs to be upgraded and the doors could do with fixing as the AC was on high and it was still hot at night.But the pool and the service made up for that - Putu, Wayan and the others were super nice and very helpful. Special mention to Wayan and her breakfasts!

This Villa is a hidden Gem. Wyan cooks breakfast every morning in your kitchen. Amazing food and juices.Gusto is the friendliest grounds keeper ever.He will source a scooter for you. Or scoot you on his scooter wherever you want to go.Laundry service available.So secluded. Yet central enough.Such a beautiful place. We can’t wait to come back.

Putu and his family are incredibly friendly! His wife Wayan comes by every morning with breakfast and they clean while we’re away. Putu helped arrange transport for us from the airport and to Gili Air - this included bikes from the place, buses and boat trips. Putu is super responsive via WhatsApp.The location is tucked away in a little community that is quiet and only accessible by bike. However, it is less than 5 mins away from central Ubud and sights such as the monkey forest and palace. There are also multiple warung’s and spas in the vicinity. The place itself has a nice big pool with beds and a kitchen with utensils. We had an issue with hot water in the shower, not sure if we were missing something but could only get cold water.Nick villa is on google maps so therefore it is easy to order a gojek to take you to and from the front door.

The cool thing:-Friendly, great service.-Ease of the villa booking process, incredibly easy.-You can pay via bank transfer so you can reduce carrying extra cash when on the road, really great.- Spacious room area, dining area as well as family room and spacious kitchen too, that's really good.-The swimming pool is quite large for a 1 bedroom villa with a private pool, and the ceramics in the pool are also very clean, cool and very grateful.What needs to be fixed:-Hopefully the lighting in the terrace area that is connected to the pool can be added.-Ceiling fan on/off rope, please extend it :)-Bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo etc. Hopefully they can be given more attention.Thank you Nick Villa and his staff (Bli Putu)
