If you really feel that it doesn't match the prices offered by online ordering applications, just withdraw from those applications. So no one will be harmed because they have ordered via the application but were rejected by the hotel when checking in.and if it is true that the hotel has canceled my booking, why is there no notification that my booking has been cancelled?Please improve all aspects if you still want to run this accommodation business.

At least it won't make things complicated for visitors, if there's a price change, please update it in the apk, the name is just RedDoorz but it's a problem for people who book directly on the apk, they don't help with refunds, they can't add anything that's missing, people are tired, it makes it complicated, it's not really professional, especially for the owner, there is minimal responsibility, but instead he just hands it off, he takes it all out on his employees who don't seem to know anything, it's no longer complicated here.

Unprofessional Hotel1. Have booked in full via the T application for 2 days.2. Checked in for 2 days, the customer checking in on the second day was actually fined 75 thousand on the grounds that the T application provisions were written at 14.00 on the first day.3. The room was not ready, it was still being cleaned, waited 20 minutes then the staff informed me if there was a fine.4. The employee called the owner and even got angry at the employee.

Even if it's a mid-level hotel, it should at least be clean. this is dirty. The closet has never been brushed, the water is salty, the side of the mattress is very dirty, lots of food waste has been thrown there but the staff haven't cleaned it, the towels are really discolored, and I even saw that the pillows that were drying in the front were dirty with dust and some were moldy and had spots on them. gt.Indeed, Reddoors never really owns the hotel.

The room is like a migrant worker shelter. So dirty. The bathroom also doesn't have soap, no place for clothes either. It's better to wear slippers on the floor in the room because it's dirty, the walls also have lots of spots, the lighting is very minimal

It's very bad, the waiters are very unprofessional, especially the sisters/mothers who are on duty are very unresponsive and unfit to be someone who works as a public customer service person, I made a booking a long time ago and it was paid in full, when I checked in it said it was full but I checked on the application and it was still there. KMR is available in this type. and I was transferred to a lodging located far away with a different type of room, I ordered the deluxe type and replaced it with a standard room type with worse conditions, dirty, unkempt with lots of mosquitoes, dull walls, dirty bathroom with cockroaches, dirty bed sheets, dirty curtains... give up staying here and really don't recommend it.

This should be a room priced at 50 thousand.I got it for 150 and in my opinion it's not worth it.The water is salty like in the sea. In the morning at 4-6 the electricity went out.The bed sheets also looked like there was slobber on the pillow and mattress. There are no dry mats, the towels are rough like doormats to be precise.The cupboard is also not suitable for its function.The water tap is also very slow, I want to take a quick shower so I can't,There is also no bathroom key, the bathroom glass is also dirty.The toilet was very dirty and the bathroom also had lots of dirty crusts.

The water was so rotten, I almost wanted to vomit. Dump water cake. My hands smell bad even though I wash my hands. The sheets look like they're in the picture... Disgusting. The anuks are worse than chamois, dry and very rough, almost like a rough brush
