The hotel is very well located, just across the street from the beach.The rooms are minimally equipped and not suitable for long stays.The beds are fine. However, the AC is installed directly above a bed and blows on it, which I found extremely unpleasant. The alternative is to do without it.There is no closet, just a wardrobe with 2 hangers.In total there is only one double socket above the large shelf on the wall.There are no sockets or light switches on the beds. These are opposite on the wall. If you want to get up at night, grope in the dark or use a flashlight.There is no safe in the room, but it will be provided upon request. In our case it didn't work, which means that electronic coding wasn't possible.The bathroom is actually fine, but there is no socket here either. You have to shave or blow dry in the room. Hand soap at the sink is missing.The shower does not have a continuous stream of water, but rather pumps.The organization of breakfast is original but also a bit annoying. A schedule with breakfast times is published at reception. You are asked to choose your breakfast time from a time window of 40 minutes and asked to stick to it. This is extraordinary and incomprehensible. During our 3-night stay, we were alone in the breakfast room twice between 8 and 9 a.m.A buffet is only offered if there are enough guests. However, the breakfast offering in the buffet is poor, with toast, jam and rice soup. Eggs, sausages and ham are served upon request.If the buffet is not available, you must give your wishes to the server if she is present. But after a short time she disappeared for two days and was no longer available.The coffee from the pot seemed undrinkable to me. There is no salt to season the fried eggs. I was handed a small bottle of Maggi. There are baskets with spice jars on the tables, all of which are dirty and sticky.There is no restaurant in this hotel, just a cafe next door.Overall, a budget hotel for guests with little demands. However, the price-performance ratio at €112 for 3 nights during the week did not seem appropriate to me and was above the usual local level.

Stayed in Building I, 2nd floor, small, cramped room (I understand that according to the price)There is a wide balcony.But the room is very stuffy. The bathroom always has a musty smell. It's like there's no one staying. Even when taking a shower or using the bathroom, the smell doesn't go away.Good bed, cool air conditioner.

Choose the cheapest room The room is a bit small. The bathroom floor is slippery, be careful of falling. You can hardly see the sea view at all. Building A room, walk up to the 2nd floor. The staff didn't turn on lights in the walkway, making it very dark. You had to use a flashlight. I thought I was on a ghost hunting show. Not ready to receive customers. The 2nd floor is very dirty, dusty, and crawling. Rooms 201, 202, 203 have a musty smell and 2-3 cockroaches in every room. The younger ones come out at night. Climbing the air conditioner and running all over the room. The greatest peak. Opening the closet and running to climb the arms. There is little water on the shoulders. The water heater is attached very close to the ceiling. How do I adjust it? Breakfast provided It's better not to eat. There are many things to say about this hotel.

Disappointed

Have stayed here (with family). The view is very good (the balcony of the room on the 4th floor can see the Cha-am sea. But it's a bit attached to a pine tree.) The service is very good, the staff are friendly. And the buffet breakfast is good as well.

The bathroom water flows very slowly. The room is not very soundproof.Breakfast is not ok at all.
