First time trying to stay at this guest house. In terms of service: Good! The location is quite affordable & strategic... in the direction of the Juanda bypass highway, Sidoarjo.I'm sorry, when I want to leave the area, I'm often rejected by online transport... if I go out a little at night, there are several places to eat, laundry & also coffee shops.The condition of the rooms is not well maintained, the shower and sink need to be repaired, the water heater is still "OK", the facilities are according to the budget price, for an overnight stay it's ok...

My personal assessment is for room D-10. Stayed 19-11-2023, Check in at 10pm (started entering the room at 1pm) check out at 6.10am.Cost 225,000Positive (+)1. Spacious rooms2. There is an extra mattress3. Ambal is available4. Air conditioning5. Closet6. Shelves7. TV8. Smooth water9. Guest chairs + table10. There is a waffle for cupir11. There are plates & spoonsDisadvantages (-)1. TV broadcasts are not clean (spotty)2. There is no water heater3. It doesn't look like the sheets were changed from the last person staying (my feeling)4. The room arrangement is not good (the room is that big, but the bed is in front of the bathroom door)5. Only 1 towel (although the room is for 2)6. No air freshener8. The bathroom smells really bad after using it9. Bathroom blower doesn't work (maybe this is the cause of the smell)10. The room is very stuffy, like the smell of smokingNo. 8,9,10 This is very fatal in my opinion, because even the coldest AC can't get rid of the smell, so I feel short of breath and it feels so hard to breathe. So it's hard to sleep, plus there's no room freshener.Every time you enter the bathroom you have to hold your breath because it smells.Until I checked out early because of these 2 things.

The walls are moldy, ALL THE WALLS The paint is damaged due to mold, when you open the room you are greeted with small cockroaches, the smell of the room is musty. Yes, the price is cheap, but there are other cheap hotels that are clean and decent. Sorry for my review, I hope no one else is fooled 🙏

today is August 7, 2023plus points:The receptionist on shift 2 (night) was very friendly and helpful, offered this kind of assistance. Indeed, other hotels should be like this too.For a very pocket friendly price, it costs 200 thousand. Compared to other hotels around the world which cost 250 I'm sure this is better. Complete facilities, cold AC, WiFi, TV, hot shower for all functions, and also close to the airportmin:Some of the paint is moldy and the walls are damp like my houseleaking shower faucet tied with rubberIt's really noisy because it's right next to the main road 😁Overall it still covers the plus side. highly recommended. Next time I'll stay here again if I'm traveling via Surabaya

I am very very disappointed staying in this place, the first is that the walls are already bubbling, the second is that the room has lots of cockroaches, I asked to move to the frontdesk, they said the other room was the same and even had more cockroaches, I was surprised, can they sell the guest house at in conditions like this, for me things that may not be related to operations I can still understand, but these are cockroaches which postscript should be closed and sterilized first until everything is really fit for sale

I'm not having any luck... the AC is hot and not cold, the sheets have holes in them, the pillow cases have lots of patches, the bed cover is also torn
