a week ago I ordered a double bed via the Oyo application... when I arrived in Palanta it was rejected because they said Oyo didn't transfer it to them. We were told to pay again for the stay and were given a room with a dirty toilet and a 14' tube TV. Please the application not to promote it again .

Like being tricked. On the Oyo application the photos are very good, apparently very different. Maybe a Google photo.Also don't accept the price of the application. When we arrived we were given double the price. Because it was late we were forced to accept.It turned out that the room was very dirty. The floor is very dirty and has never been mopped. The sheets, pillowcases and blankets also smell bad. Maybe it wasn't changed from previous guests.Very disappointing service, cleanliness, facilities. Very bad. Just one night and this is the only time we stay here. Even though I previously booked 2 nights on the Oyo application.

Things like this are not the customer's business, but the customer is burdened and burdened. Wherever the price is according to the application, where additional fees can be requested (except in the form of a deposit). If you don't understand the system, you shouldn't use the online system. Even from OYO it cannot be cancelled.
