A really nice hotel. Good service and good food too. Stayed here for 6 days. The rooms are huge and really clean. Is near to city centre but is also away from the noisy street. Attractions like Goa gajah, Saraswati Temple, Ubud palace, campaghun ridge walk are literally 15 mins drive by scooty. They also provide taxi and scooty. The scooty we got was in a really good condition seemed like it was pretty new

stayed in this place for one night on christmas. its so quiet compared to the bustling streets of ubud these days. the room was gorgeous. these pictures on the booking app just dont do it justice. wish we stayed longer.

I wouldn't book the hotel again. What isn't often mentioned is that it's hard to sleep at night because it's surrounded by chickens screaming and a school. Breakfast wasn't our cup of tea either, so we ate out the last few days.Unfortunately, scooter rental is not possible either, so you can drive into the city. You have to organize yourself, but that's not a big deal.On the positive side, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are very nice and spacious.

A MUST STAY - whenever I visit Ubud.Such a cozy place to relax in Desa Sayan, it's quiet, and so serene.Things I love :- So Helpful and attentive staff (Wahyu the former staff) and Valen the front desk!- Love the ambience around the Villa, so green, peaceful and just 15 mins away from downtown ubud.- Spacious room and bathroom, with a bathtub and good lightings- Comfy n huge bed, and each room comes with a large TV with netflix - Awesome!- Tasty breakfast and I have nothing to complain about this placeNOTES :⛔️ Warm water for the pool would be better as the water is kinda freezing cold even on a sunny day⛔️ For those who wants to have a staycation here, Kindly request a room that is located away from the school - on weekdays, it will be very noisy in the morning of those school-kids screaming around

Perhaps because it is far from the city center, the rooms are luxurious for the price. It is comfortable with a bathtub, large toilet, wide bed, balcony, and high ceiling.There is no separate dressing table.It's inevitable that Ubud has a lot of bugs.We ate breakfast outside and there were ants and bugs.Just spray the repellent and eat it.Pink is watermelon juiceCoffee or tea is provided upon request.The meal is so sosoI was worried about the noise, so I chose a place away from the city center, but I could hear a little music from an event going on at 9pm local time. If you don't care, you can probably turn it off.The swimming pool seems to be quite deep and the water quality is not up to my standards.The 1st floor is good for the pool view, but I recommend the 2nd floor for those who don't want to go to the pool.The landscaping is pretty.

First of all, the staff are very friendly!!! The staff are sweet and the best. The room condition is clean, spacious and good. They say it's cost-effective, but I think the quality goes beyond that. The air conditioner is also great and great. The location is a bit disappointing ㅠㅠ However, there is no problem in getting around using Grab.

This hotel was great! The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable, however, I noticed that the bed sheets and pillows had stains and that disappointed me, if not I would give this place 5 stars. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay! And a special shoutout to Valen for assisting me when I had issues with Grab booking etc, she was really helpful!

All SCAM!!!!We had a horrible stay here for 2 nights. We were only informed upon our arrival that there will be a music festival at night so it would be “a bit noisy”. However, we couldn’t really sleep at all because of the noise!! The show didn’t end until 3am which drove us crazy. We complained about the noise but the receptionist just said that they couldn’t call the police nor ask the organizers of the show to turn down the music, and didn’t offer any compensation to us!! The hotel should inform their clients beforehand so we have the choice to cancel the booking!!! We paid for this terrible experience and doubt the integrity of the management of this hotel.

The hotel overall adopts a quiet style, there are not many rooms, but the design and configuration of the rooms are relatively new.Room: Big and beautiful, the bed is big and comfortable, and the air conditioning is sufficient. Also, it has the smart TV. You can watch Netflix and YouTube. Very impressive cuz not many hotels have.Toilet: large and sufficient water pressure.Hygiene: poor. the towers, pillow and bed sheet had stains.Breakfast is a set meal, with Balinese and Western options. The staff will ask you what to eat the day before.The hotel location is about 20 minutes away from Ubud town by grab, and there is nothing nearby.The rooms with pool access were really good.

Although the location is a bit out of the way, the room, bed, and pool are all satisfactory.For breakfast the next day, they call you in advance and ask you to tell them what to choose.The staff is friendly and clean.However, all the laundry I checked in here had a bad, strange smell, so I had to wash it again after moving to the hotel.Laundry failed, so I had to pay another amount and have new laundry done elsewhere.

Our stay at Gantari Ubud Bali was exceptional for our family, including our baby. They provided a super comfy baby cot, and the spacious bedroom with a huge bed right by the pool was perfect. We booked 2 rooms...The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay relaxing and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ubud! We will be back
