From the start, I was suspicious, the receptionist was very rude. The hotel room door had to be manually opened by security using a key, when I entered the room the floor was dirty, the sheets had lots of stains, the sink water didn't work, the TV didn't turn on, the telephone didn't work, the water for bathing was yellow and clogged, there weren't any tissues, there wasn't any soap. I don't know what this hotel is for, it doesn't exist at all.

How can there be a hotel like this? First, just ask, the service is not friendly. And the room is not like a horror hotel room, dirty, lots of damage and can't be called a hotel

Don't come here, the worst hotel and the worst service. The receptionist wasn't very friendly or very polite. Check in was actually at 2 o'clock, I arrived at 1 o'clock. I asked "Can I check in now, sis?" I asked because I was tired, because it also seemed very quiet and if you can't, that's okay too. But the receptionist answered curtly, "DON'T YOU SEE ON THE APP WHAT TIME THE CHECK IN IS?!!". The lobby is really hot, there are 3 air conditioners but none of them are on. The receptionist was the only one who was really surprised, I don't feel at home when people have colleagues like her. No wonder I was in the parking lot but I had a vehicle and apparently no one wanted to stay here, I was already in a bad mood, so I checked in and immediately booked another hotel right then and there. Why does Traveloka want to collaborate with a hotel like this?

Worst, worst hotel. The receptionist is like shit. Rude, and dare to scold customers just because the front entrance door isn't closed, even though the door itself is UGLY, just like the receptionist's face. As soon as you enter the room. Auto Card cannot be used. DISABLED HOTEL. The bathroom had lots of cockroaches, bad smells, there wasn't even soap. Staying at the Guest House is provided with soap in the bathroom. Is this at a Hotel called Ishine? Bad, nothing. Just fire the receptionist. It's like shit on his face. Bad service. Don't ever stay at this hotel again. As soon as I entered the room, I immediately checked out. Not in the mood for a hotel like that. The attitude of the employees, especially the receptionist, is rubbish. OYO is even better than Ishine Cok! Just wait for the hotel to close

You can get a room with a bathroom that has a bathtub, sufficient lighting, the AC is cold even though it takes a long time to wait for it to cool down, the hot water shower is only warm, only the water in the bathroom is yellow, the service is poor. wanted to check in even though I had already paid via trave*oka, but the receptionist made it difficult to say that from trave*oka the funds had not yet been received, I waited for 30 minutes in the lobby, where in the lobby the air conditioning was off, there was no ventilation, it was really bad, basically just checked this time It's difficult in the hotel, like that, the TV doesn't turn on, the water is yellow, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, when I want to borrow bowls and spoons, the employee says there aren't any, this is the first time I've found a hotel without cutlery, wow.
