One of the hotels is strategic in the city of Bengkalis 'cause it's close to several restaurant. If it comes with family and ur co-workers, one room can be for 4 people, spacious rooms and quite clean. In the bathroom are provided towels, toothbrushes, soap and water heaters. It is given mineral water and sandals. There is a refrigerator, TV and AC. The hotel prohibits using iron and rice cooker. Breakfast is also available and delicious, parking is quite spacious and there is a cafe. Access to disability is easy if you take a room on the 1st floor. One that I think should be repaired, the air conditioner is not cold.

Dirty, smelly old hotel, WiFi is slow, I don't recommend that if you go to Bengkalis, don't go to this hotel again. Checked in and then gave the room to someone else.

The service is friendly, the rooms are clean, the toilets are also clean. Comfortable, even though the price is a bit hefty. But with good service and comfortable rooms, it's not a loss to stay here 👍

Overall good, but pls build a lift. Bring a suitcase as big as Gaban using the nauzubillah minzalik auto man robbuka stairs
