It is so clean place. We stayed 3 night and they asked about to clean the room everyday. It is almost in the city, everywhere so close. Breakfast is also good.

Absolutely beautiful place! You can totally walk to the centre and there is a laundry shop next door! The room was stunning with a lovely view. Breakfast is delicious, we got pancakes every day. The host is also incredibly kind and caring! I will come back for sure!

Really enjoyed my stay in this cute homestay. You need to climb some stairs to get there, so not advisable if you have an issue with that. The view is so beautiful. You can catch the sun rise there right on the doorsteps of your room. The breakfast is decent and the owner is very sweet and accommodating. He helped me with the luggage up and down the stairs. The rooms get cleaned when requested. I have to say, the bed sheets were a little stained, and didn’t seem fresh. But they happily changed them when he requested. Would recommend.

Great room, spacious, cool and clean. The location is very good, close to restaurants, laundry services, supermarkets. Also close are some great places to go hiking. Pk Gungtra, the host, will try 100% to make your stay as good as possible.My previous stays in ubud in other hotels/guest houses have always left me wanting. Ubud sky is as close to the complete package as it gets for me. Look forward to staying here again.

This is a cute and quiet Balinese-style accommodation.The owner and his wife were very friendly and recommended nearby restaurants to me. The babi guling and warung were delicious.Breakfast is also prepared at your desired time. If I go to Ubud, I will visit again. highly recommended

What a wonderful place! I absolutely love this beautiful home stay!Gungtra is such a wonderful host! The place itself is just perfect: spacious, clean, with a beautiful view, away from busy Ubud streets, still just 10 mins walking, there is beautiful Campuhan Ridge walk that is just beautiful and so close that you can go for sunrise easily.I stayed at Ubud Sky already two times and will definitely stay again next time I visit Ubud.

Staying at Ubud Sky was the perfect start of my holiday in Bali. Mr. Gungtra the owner has been very communicative from the moment I booked. He also provided a pick up service for a great rate from the Airport, so I did not have to to worry about finding my way.The location is wonderful. It is around a 15 to 20 minute walk from Ubud center. There are also plenty amenities near such as laundry, spa’s, supermarket, money exchange etc.The room itself was clean and spacious. The shower was very spacious and so pretty as well. The balcony is a huge plus and has a gorgeous view. I’m a huge pancake lover and was pleased to hear Mr. Gungtra had pancakes on the breakfast menu. So I have been eating pancakes every morning. He also brings the breakfast to the room so you can eat it on the balcony, while enjoying the view.Mr. Gungtra also provides tours and this was a huge plus so I did not have to find anybody else. He brought me to Heaven Swing, Jatiluwih and Ulun Danu Temple. He was also very patient with making pictures and videos.Thank you so much Mr. Gungtra for everything, you are appreciated.

It's inside a Balinese house and I think it's just two rooms. We were on the ground floor and the room is beautiful, very clean and spacious. The one on the top floor must be even better for the views it must have, since it is a hotel that is very high up. The owner puts offerings near the hall of the room which is very nice to see and smell.Without a doubt it is a place to repeat. The owner kept our bags for us several hours after we checked out. He was very friendly and helpful.If we return to Bali we will try to repeat, as it is not always available and when you see it you understand why.

I loved my stay at this beautiful place high over Ubud. The room is very very clean, very spacious and light, with a big balcony and view over the town and jungle. It's close to the center, you can reach ubud Town by 20min walk or much faster by scooter. But the best cafés out of town are reachable within 2-10min walk around in the area, also with great views (the elephant cafe, Dharma Cafe, yellow flower Cafe, Mumbai station). Towel, shower gel and shampoo are given, and shower water was always warm :-)The family who owns the homestay is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I felt very very comfortable and safe there. And would love to book another stay there. Highly recommend it !!!!!!Just a sidenote, there are quite a lot of steps to rech the room, which is for me personally no problem. Just to mention it for guests who can't walk a lot of stairs especially with heavy luggage.

The property is located above the rooftops of Ubud. From the terrace of the upper room you have a great view of the city and you can experience a beautiful sunrise while having breakfast. The room was very clean and large, the breakfast was delicious and the owner Gungtra was very friendly, honest and accommodating. You can also book various individual tours with him (which we highly recommend) and have a great time.

-Excellent host, Gungtra is very friendly but not overbearing, homestay that feels like a private villa.- Great location, i was looking for somewhere out of the hustle and bustle of central Ubud but still close enough to go walk into town if needed. Fit the bill perfectly.- I love the area, up the Penestanan Stairs (2 mins away) is where i spent most of my time (Intuitive Flow Yoga/Yellow Flower Cafe).- I chose to stay on top floor (two rooms available), the view of the Ridge is really great, you feel like you are above everything (Ubud Sky is a very apt name for this place).- 3-5 min walk to the big and western leaning Bintang Supermarket up the hill.- A kettle would be a good addition.(EDIT: kettle available on request, good stuff!)- A bit of noise from road til mid evening, this did not bother me. Not totally silent (good luck anywhere in Ubud with that, some motorbikes are so damn loud).

We stayed here a while ago and it was great. The room was clean, modern and comfortable.||||It had a great view over Ubud.||||The host was awesome, very friendly and accommodating.||||He even made us vegan pancakes for breakfast 🙌

Nice cozy balinese home stay, owner Mr.Gungtra is kind and hospitable.We stay at upstairs which faces to the east with good view.Walkable to supermarket ATM and many restaurants cafes.Prepare ear plugs then it might be a good choice in crowded noisy Ubud town.

When we arrived in Ubud, we were more than dissatisfied with the hotel we had originally booked. However, it was already after 10 p.m. in the evening. Then we called Ubud Sky and asked for a room.All highly recommended! The owner was in the hospital with his child at the time, we clarified everything via WhatsApp so we went straight there and had 3 great nights!As has been written many times - don't be surprised, there is no reception, as the private buildings are also on the property. All in all, super friendly hosts, delicious breakfast, very large and clean rooms with a great view and a large bathroom! Gladly again!!
