Clean hotel, good service, pretty good food, I think this is the best hotel in Indragiri Hulu city. Perfect for a rest area if traveling from Pekanbaru. I left Pekanbaru after Asr and arrived at this location at 21.30, perfect for transit before heading to Bukit Tigapuluh National Park.

Dear. Rafana Hotel Management. Last night I stayed here, and this morning I went to the breakfast place (at 7.30 WIB), when I was at the breakfast place the side dishes were finished, then there was a male employee there and I said "Bro, the side dishes are finished, while I was holding the plate that was already there." It was filled with rice. However, the employee's answer was not friendly. So this is input for the management of the Rafana Hotel, to remind the employees to be friendly towards their guests.

Good, although the price is a bit expensive. Yes, you know, hotels in the district. Strategic position on the edge of the Sumatra highway. Looks good, although there are a few spots where the paint is peeling.
