The room is clean... but there is one employee who is not friendly... maybe. Because there is only one employee, we get tired when we ask questions or ask for help...So it's uncomfortable because the service is lacking!

Hotel Harka is a comfortable & clean place to stay. The location of the hotel is about 300m from Jalan Raya Sudirman and the facilities and service are good, plus there are relaxing places both in the lobby and in the cafe in front of the hotel which adds to the atmosphere and the most comfortable moments while staying at Hotel Harka.

Advanced booking of weeks was cancelled unexpectedly shows low standards of customer service. Front desk staff even made a huge lie instead of apologizing for spoilt water heater.Otherwise, it's the newest accomodation to stay.

A highly recommended residence for this city. Rooms are nice, neat & clean. Good service. Parking is also available. Hopefully the next visit will provide a shower with hot water.

Comfortable place to stay, friendly service, price... Not bad. Also like it because food can be delivered to the room. Unfortunately the bathroom doesn't have hot water & there's no mirror in the room, also the access location is a bit deep into a residential area (but so it's not noisy even though it's not near a minimarket).Hopefully it can continue to be maintained & continue to improve services & everything. π

A hotel that doesn't have any staff members.....want to book.,chat only read...phone not picked up....If you want to stay at a hotel, it's like asking for donations to make it...For the owner, choose employees who are more qualified... thank you

Very clean and spacious. The shower is amazing and it has hot water. We could order food at the hotel and it was delicious. The best hotel in town and I would 100% recommend it!
