The room is clean, the room is only small, the smart TV is ok, only the wifi signal is intermittent, the breakfast menu is not varied

I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, it is not recommended. The bathroom is dirty, the AC is hot after waiting for hours and it's not cold, the water is small. Plus the receptionist staff are not friendly, especially in the most expensive rooms there are no refrigerator facilities, even though my baby is full of breast milk, I asked for help to leave an ice pack of gel so that my expressed breast milk doesn't spoil/stale but the receptionist and 1 kitchen person couldn't help me. to leave the ice pack in the freezer for only 2 hours. So I threw away all the breast milk that I had expressed. The next day, thankfully, at breakfast I met and asked the lady in the kitchen for help and she wanted to store the ice packs in the kitchen freezer.The most unfriendly hotel staff, male, had dark skin and long hair parted in the middle.The kitchen was also not ready to order food even though it was still 7pm when the rice was finished.Not recommended for families, especially breastfeeding mothers

I've stayed there, and my house happens to be next to a hotel, it's in the same class as a Toren hotel, why doesn't it have radar, so every time it's full, it hits my house, I've been told well, I've been told that the electricity is down, I'm afraid there's a short circuit, it's still up to now, the water is full, it spills, it keeps hitting my house, it's been videoed. still there is no repair, instead the OB blames it, it's really strange, from the start of the hotel being built until now, when the tower is full, the water still gives me electricity, this is the last resort, hopefully it will be repaired soon

The rooms are quite clean, the service needs to be improved, there should be a price option without breakfast because in my experience the breakfast menu here is only fried rice so it's better to look outside the hotel.
