I have spent 5 nights here. For deluxe rooms, it's clean. Breakfast menu is varied and tastes good. The internet is good.But the bathroom is odor even though it is cleaned by CS every day. The table and chairs are too short for working, alternatively we can use the dining room. The room key often couldn't be used so I went back and forth to the receptionist up to 4 times at the same time.The worst thing is the receptionist service. The female one with initial L. Not friendly, no smiles at all. Bad attitude, imho.Check out must be at 12.30 pm. I can't even get permission to pray. Mandatory 12.30. Even though in other hotels you can be late, for example until 1 o'clock to allow prayer. Even though I stayed here 5 nights in a row, there was no consideration. In the end, the plan was to stay here for 10 days, but it didn't happen.The male receptionist is helpful and friendly.

Quite comfortable and affordable price + Breakfast, unfortunately there are no non-smoking rooms available, so the first time you enter the room the smell of cigarettes is very strong.It took a while for the smell to disappear.

Maybe the breakfast time can be evaluated, I have stayed here several times but the breakfast time is never consistent, the information is that it opens at 7, but sometimes it's not ready after 7, my advice, as a hotel that is always busy with visitors, please be consistent, even earlier if possible . Because some guests have to be on time for work and have to have breakfast first. PLEASE..Apart from 1 staff at the breakfast area, the rest is OK, comfortable and cheapTHANK YOU

Excellent services. The receptionist and employees were very responsive and served quickly. The rooms are comfortable and neat. Strategic location close to the living world and city center. Breakfast is ready at 7 am. Affordable and recommended!

The service is great, friendly and responsive, we ordered via Traveloka, tried the online checkin feature via Traveloka with a photo of your KTP. As soon as we got there we were really ready to go into our room, it wouldn't be long before we got there. The food is also appropriate according to the price of the room. Yesterday we asked for additional check out time on Friday, because we wanted to have Friday first, the staff allowed it

The room facilities are complete except prayer mats for Muslims, the toilets are clean, the water runs smoothly and doesn't smell bad, the water is warm and cold, the atmosphere is comfortable, the receptionist is very friendly, the employees are also friendly and smiling, the parking lot has security, the downside is that the toilet door can't be closed tightly, the rest is perfectππ RECOMMENDED

I really enjoyed staying here with my family yesterday at the graduation ceremony, the room was spacious, the bed was soft, the AC was cold, the bathroom was spacious, the location was strategic, close to everywhere, easy to find a place to eat, the hotel was also comfortable and quiet. For the price of 200 thousand/night, it's worth it, the only downside is that the shower doesn't turn on, apart from that, there are no problems πππ.
